Softpinz レビュー

Es un fraude!! compre unas licencias de Microsoft 365 Family y no me han llegado. Te dan un numero de Whatsapp para soporte que NO existe y les escribe mails y te los devuelve todos...
NO compréis ahí!!

They sell a single licence for 365 as a family licence. And they just create a new account for you.

This site is a scam. Avoid it!

I purchased a 1 year subscription for what I believed was a legitimate digital copy of Office 365 Family but what Softpinz actually supplied was one of the 5 shared accounts associated with a 365 Family subscription owned by a lady who lives in Washington USA, who I do not know... They made up a dummy email address in my name to access this shared account, so there is no way to associate this with my own legitimate version of Office 365 which I was just looking to renew via a 12 month renewal key. Also as Softpinz have supplied just a shared account rather than a proper 365 Family subscription I can't share further with my family. Selling on shared accounts rather than legitimate full subscriptions is contrary to Microsoft's licensing rules and the Softpinz website is not truthful for what they actually supply. They refuse to listen when contacting them to raise a complaint, agree to provide what they actually advertise or consider a refund because of their miselling. AVOID and buy from a legitimate source is my Strong recommendation.

Scammers, they are selling shared licenses. I bought an Microsoft 365 family, and they provide me an account from an existing subscription from a private user.

M365 family license scam. They never send you any license code.

Like others, I bought the "Office 365 Family" license and they sent me a Microsoft Login. The license is not belonging to me. I'm just one of the six users. I think it can be removed whenever they want.

I have a positive experience with Softpinz.

Fisrt of all, their pricing is very good. I followed instructions from the customer service representative for the activation process of the software, and it worked really well. The product and service from Softpinz is trustworthy.

Tudo correu impecável, obrigado

Was super fast, Really easy to do and clear communication from them.
Thanks a million

Really good service. Helped me set up easily with WhatsApp. All working well. Thank you.

I appreciate how straightforward the process was. No delays, no confusion just a working Microsoft 365 account.

Works on both PC and mobile devices with full access to Word, Excel, Outlook, and more. Couldn’t be happier.

I believe this is a scam website. Their phone numbers don't work, their Whatsapp presence is unknown, they don't answer their web 'help' and haven't provided me with the software ordered.

They are scammers from Turkey, I was scammed for a MS 365 Family purchase. They sale a licence account shared and managed by someone else.
Same experience as John Ronald - unfortunately I didn't read their feedback early enough...

They are scammers from Turkey - I was scammed for a MS 365 Family purchase - shut the Website down! Avoid this site like the plague.

Microsoft family 365 is not what you expect. Just a new Microsoft account created for you with you as one of their family members. Clearly not the 6 users of a family subscription. Refused a refund. Will contact my credit card company to get a charge back.

Softpinz = SCAM / FALSE ADVERTISING
They don't sale Office 365 Family that can be used by 6 users.
They sale a licence account shared and managed by someone that you can use on 5 devices.

PURE SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING

NÃO COMPREM OFFICE 365 Family

Attenzione: è una truffa. Spacciano codici microsoft in realtà intestati ad altri utenti e poi condivisi con finte email. Non ci cascate.
BEWARE: they sell fake microsoft digital codes that are in the reality of facts belonging to other users.

I recently purchased a Microsoft Office 365 Family + OneDrive 1TB – Digital License Subscription (Email Delivery) from Softpinz, expecting a personalized, licensed account for up to 6 users as advertised. Unfortunately, upon logging in, I found that the account was already in use, with 5 out of 6 family members already added.

This clearly shows that the account was pre-used and not newly created for me as promised. When I reached out to their support team, they provided generic responses and refused to acknowledge the issue. Despite their claims of a “personalized” account, I received a shared account with a pre-assigned family organizer, and I had no control over managing or removing other users.

I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, but my request was ignored, and the conversation was diverted.

This is misleading advertising and a scam. Customers are being sold used family licenses under the guise of personalized, secure accounts.
