Unprofessional. Been there 6 times for have a lawyer, all the time they say pls wait someone will contact you, another day they say they email you( no email came through). They contact 4 lawyers withouth get any answer, for me they are totally unprofessional

SO Legal made the first puchase of my flat a smooth experience with no issues. They kept constant communication and answered to all my questions professionally and in a timely manner.

Moving house is always stressful but SO Legal have been superb getting us through all of the legal requirements. All queries have been dealt with speedily, and we were kept fully informed throughout.Highly recommended.

We are first time home-buyers and So Legal was recommended by our mortgage broker. We should have looked elsewhere early on in our working relationship when we got conflicting and repeated emails from a legal assistant who also asked us to sign something where my husband's name was misspelled. This legal assistant was taken off our case...until we randomly heard from him 10pm on a Saturday evening a few months later. We didn't have consistency in who to contact and got so used to have no response to queries or requests for updates that it was a pleasant surprise when we did get some feedback. This process is quite complex and daunting, so not having a sense of trust in the legal team made it all much harder.

The owner of our property dropped the price and money from our mortgage was due to be held in retention for us and paid on completion so we can use it for necessary repairs. We flagged that there was no clear record of this in the deed of sale but were told not to worry. On completion, we heard nothing of the 4K owed to us until we phoned and were then told they had noted this error that morning. There was no apology or explanation for why we hadn't been contacted that morning. They advised a revised completion statement would be sent through that day. This was last week and we are still waiting for it.

We were absolutely clueless first time buyers. Dylan was incredibly patient with us and all the questions we had. Throughout the whole process Dylan was incredibly efficient, we didn’t have to chase him on anything; his communication was timely and professional. He gave us sound advice when we were unsure, and used his experience to ensure we didn’t hit any issues, as we were buying a property that had tenants in. We are that happy with the service, we are using SO Legal to help us with our Will.

I must say how immensely pleased I was with the services of SoLegal and especially Georgia Donohue my conveyancer . Selling my home took around a year and at times I found it all a very frustrating situation with prospective buyers pulling out of the sale and new ones coming forward.
But thankfully I had Georgia on my side , guiding me through the complex journey of selling and buying a home .
