It has been a very good experience with SO LEGAL. Dylan has been very professional and efficient. As first time buyers we didn't have much knowledge and experience but Dylan was so patient with us explaining every step of the process of buying.
Strongly recommend. I would not hesitate to use SO LEGAL in the future.

I've bought and sold a fair few properties, and So Legal have by far been my best experience. Both Dylan worked exceptionally hard through a really tricky sale, doing the jobs of two other firms, and creatively problem solving some really tough issues. I will be using this firm for every property sale from now on, and have already recommended them to everyone I know.

I am a little late here, but it's been eating at me to share my positive experience. Zoe was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process, especially given the various delays involved. Her advice was valuable, timely, and incredibly patient given the difficult and frustrating situation (at times I was worried that I was becoming a difficult client). This was the same for every member of staff that I spoke to at SO Legal - an excellent team.

Should you require a professional, yet friendly service then look no further, I'll certainly be back!

Joe and Georgia in Eastbourne made the whole process of buying and selling straightforward and uncomplicated. They are so approachable, a quick email with a query and it was dealt with by return. We really felt they were working with us to get the completion result we all wanted. Their fees are competitive and I would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends and using their services for ourselves in the future.

Just made life easy on a difficult sale and purchase for me (that happened to be in a chain above and below). Word of warning, conveyancers can be poor in service provision, delay and really make it painful. SO Legal really did mitigate that to a large degree and did everything they could. Being a lawyer myself I guess I am not the easiest client but SO Legal (Dominic and Jessica) made it much easier to deal with and were very patient with me. They were on top of the detail and gave me a lot of confidence throughout. Highly recommend (and unreservedly).

Firstly im very sorry for writing this so late!

We were recommended Katie Handoll at So Legal for our sale and purchase earlier this year. Both our buyers and the seller of our new house wanted to complete within 8 weeks so a fairly tight timescale.

On first contact with Katie I knew we were in safe hands. She was on the ball with everything! Very friendly and quick to answer queries. You hear about long delays with conveyancing solicitors but not in this case.

We completed in early April exactly as we hoped to. Highly recommend Katie and would have no hesitation in using her again (however have no desire to move mind you!)

Very helpful and professional. Costs were in line with what we expected. Felt like the communication was always to the point and timely. I have taken 1 star off because two big errors were made regarding the numbers for the mortgage redemption document and the completion statement which I had to point out on both occasions.

Joe Kennedy at SoLegal Eastbourne is without question the most responsive and easy to deal with Solicitor I have ever encountered, including during 35 years working in Banking and Finance. Updates were proactive without needing chasing, responses to queries came back in rapid time and fatuous nonsense from the other side was speedily batted away, making our whole sale process as stress free as it could ever have been. Which is to say of course, it was still incredibly stressful, but without Joe’s superb support it could have been ten time worse. I would not hesitate in recommending SoLegal Eastbourne to anyone wanting to sell their home (and in fact I already have recommended them to quite a few people).

So often all you ever hear is 'my solicitor has taken ages, let me down, not kept me up to date' etc.
Been there also. I then changed to So Legal, in particular Nicola Radford, for property purchase/sales and the experience has been totally different ever since, no complaints at all. Now my only gripes are with the other parties solicitors, but nothing can fix that.

I dealt with Ms. Katie Bacchus and I was pleased with her understanding of the issues and prompt attention to queries as and when they were raised.

Working with a solicitor who can balance speed of action with expertise is important to me, so I will continue to use So Legal.
