I opted for a custom shape, oak desktop. I am so pleased with what has been produced for me. It looks beautiful and is very well finished. It did take a little longer than anticipated but I do understand that is due to supply issues, not any fault of the company.

I would recommend this company.

I've just received my tabletop in Finland, and I would like to say this is the most gorgeous tabletop I've ever seen. The wood quality is fantastic.
Special thanks for the delivery (I've ordered the courier pick-up to deliver it to Finland from the UK), as this was the extra thing, and the Sit/Stand team did their best to ensure it would arrive undamaged.
Highly recommended for everyone who wants to upgrade their tabletop.

I had a custom-sized desk made by sitstanddesktops last year and, although lead times were extended by covid, both the service and quality of the end product were great.

As such, when I wanted to add a riser, I went back to sitstanddesktops to make sure I got something that would match the desk.

The new riser has been made to my exact specifications, with great attention to detail. It's a lovely addition to my desk and matches perfectly.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to those looking for quality bespoke desks and risers!

A brilliant friendly service. Excellent product. Out bespoke desk design is deeper than normal. Recognizing this, the underside of the desk had some matching solid wood reinforcement added (that can be removed) at no extra cost.

The finish is great.

One thing to be aware of - with quality comes a bit of a lead time.

Price wise this was very good - another company we found wanted 3x more.

Very happy with the custom desk top I ordered. The build quality is exceptional. Each corner is perfectly rounded, and the subtle chamfering is just what I’d asked for. The oak is excellent quality too, and customer service kept me informed about my order.

Made-to-order monitor riser, easy to order online. Customer service was excellent, keeping me informed and beating the estimated delivery date.

Beautiful desk made to my desired spec. It does take quite a long time to make but it's worth it and the staff are communicative and helpful all the way. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Ordered a custom oak worktop, which was made exactly to our specifications - very satisfied.

There was a delay in delivery due to logistical issues, but communication was good throughout so no concerns.

They had a backlog of wood suppliers after covid which meant I had to reach out after the estimated delivery date, but they were responsive and the final result is fantastic.

I really appreciated the personal phone call as the table was being made to confirm the colour finish I wanted.

Exceptional work

I asked for some bespoke elements to the standing desk and I couldn't be happier. The comms was superb throughout and it is lovely buying something from someone who has incredible skill and clearly takes pride in their work.

I would highly recommend.

It took almost twice the expected time due to supply shortages, but I'm 100% pleased with the result, it was a custom design and the wood quality is great.

I purchased some stands for my desk in oak, and they were delivered after only a short wait (which was impressive as they are made exactly to order). They are just what I wanted, and the experience of dealing with Joe is really pleasant, too. Excellent all round.

I purchased the 1600x800x23mm pine with slight chamfer, Osmo water resistant coating, and pre-drilled holes for the IKEA Idasen standing desk base. There is a wide range of customisation available, such as mm dimension adjustments, different chambers and finishes, different wood types, and, most impressively, different desk base compatibilities. If you want something done that isn't explicitly mentioned you can also make a special request.

The quality of the wood is excellent: very sturdy with no marks or dents. The compatibility with the desk base was perfect - no misalignment issues.

Delivery time was towards the upper end of the estimate due to some unusual and very unfortunate circumstances, but the team was apologetic and explained the situation when I enquired. Top was delivered safely with no in-transit damage.

Would highly reccomend to people looking for a higher quality of desktop or those who need their tops to be a specific size, shape, or wood type to fit their spaces or decor.

I am very pleased with my new desktop. After looking at various options I struggled to find something to fit the space so built myself a template using mdf. I then measured that and sent the measurements to sit/stand Desk Tops and the final oak desktop they delivered is a perfect fit. The deskop was delivered by their own transport and the corners were nicely protected.

I'm really pleased with the custom desktop I recieved from Sit/Stand Desktops. I went for the 23mm Oak with the teak colour. The desk sits in a bay window and I wanted the desktop to be the same shape as my ikea desk I was replacing - this was a kidney bean shape with no straight edges. So I traced around my old desk and posted them a paper template. They got the shape perfect. I've now got the desktop installed on a Fully Jarvis black framed stand and I couldn't be more pleased. I'd highly recommend Sit/Stand Desktops.
