Great service from Lauren Angus would definitely recommend
Lauren was extremely efficient in escalating a case I was having issues with & kept me updated on a regular basis along the way. Helped to diffuse a situation with a client which could have easily turned out as a complaint. Would recommend.

Very slow service
Very slow service. The mortgage offer expired once before completion. The mortgage completed just in time before the extended offer expired. Communication was poor.

10 years of great service
I have used Sort Refer for over 10 years and have always had great service. When there is problem with a firm of solicitors they are always on hand to help. Highly recommend.

Fantastic proposition and fantastic service
I always instruct Solicitors through Sort Refer for added peace of mind. It's very rare that I ever need additional support but on the odd occasion I haven't had the response I need from a firm, having a point of contact at Sort refer is great as they really take ownership of things and ensure a resolution is reached. Ruth and Paul are both amazing and go out of their way to provide support which is next level. Being able to offer the second search promise to Clients is so valuable along with their no completion, no fee structure.

Fantastic Support from Sort Refer
I had a case that required urgent assistance, and I was fortunate that Lauren Angus took my call. From the very first moment, she was exceptionally efficient, proactive, and supportive.
Lauren truly pulled out all the stops to ensure both my client and I were looked after. She provided quick, clear updates throughout the process, which allowed me to manage my client’s expectations and relieve their stress during a time-sensitive situation.
Her professionalism, calm approach, and genuine care made a huge difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for the way she handled everything. Lauren is an absolute credit to the team.

with the best will in the world, there are issues with many solicitors nowadays. However, having Sort Refer back me & my clients up, makes these issues less concerning with any problems we are experiencing.
Lauren Angus at Sort Refer has demonstrated a willingness & concern with any issues I have had, & provided valuable help when needed. This gives me much reassurance dealing with Sort Refer & their panel of solicitors.

I have had a tricky case that has needed Ruth and Paul to both step in on and they was extremely helpful and supportive to get things moving for the client. Always there to help.
