I recently was looking for an anker bp2600 extension battery for my anker solix f2000 power station, all the UK shops wanted over £1000+ and I just couldn't justify that price, I kept seeing Sotel pop up on Google so I researched if they were a legit company and it all checked out, this company was selling the exact same battery for £729!, I thought it must be too good to be true their must be a mistake, I ordered, I received confirmation shortly after, 2 days later I received shipping confirmation, 3 days later I received my battery to the UK from Germany, absolutely fantastic all round service with updates along the way, highly reccomend this company 😀

It was great to get the same product I was replacing, a Sharp YC-MG02EW microwave, due to rust around the door. It was fitted with a 2-pin plug. However there was a note on the invoice requesting to check that Sotel be contacted if a 3-pin plug was not fitted to an order from Ireland. Surely that choice should be made when ordering ? Fortunately I already had a spare 3-pin plug and was able to fit it myself.

I wanted a particular Delonghi espresso machine in red, but couldn't source it from more local sources in Ireland.
Sotel had it for a lower price than Curry's etc including shipping costs.
Arrived in no time, and including a UK plug adaptor was a nice touch.

This review of Sotel GmbH is being placed across numerous sites in order to put to bed any concerns (& falsehoods) folk may have (or have been told to have) about ordering from this company.
Sotel is a 100% genuine German retailer with EXCELLENT & PROMP communication.

I ordered a Makita drill driver (£283) by paying in advance via their option of bank transfer (to their UK account) which avoided them paying card charges & gave me a slice of that by way of a discount.
This of course was concerning for me - to make a payment by bank transfer, but I could understand the benefit of this & in fact i applaud the company for offering it. Bravo!
Of course I looked into who Sotel were & found all sorts of reviews but on the whole they were good.
One review from Amazon stood out like a sore thumb given it was so defamatory (see pic. if it can be attached that is).
I ignored it - fake imo to get u to buy from amazon whilst they continue their rampage to destroy independent businesses, hence their scary review of this one..which, in part answer to, i have to say that instructions are multilingual these days - mine certainly are. Also, Sotel were actually thirty odd ££s cheaper than amazon - Result!
So, overall I've found Sotel to be the cheapest & most professional company of all those I've so far dealt with concerning my online purchases & rate them highly & highly recommend them.
They are extremely customer focused both in price & attitude with quick clear communication & no import charges - just standard UK VAT, all delivered quickly via FedEx (mine arrived within week of me placing the order).
Having now had this experience with Sotel I shall certainly be referring to their site first for any future online purchases.

I sought the above item direct from Sotel GmbH as I was unable to locate a similar type of item in the UK or elsewhere.
As per my expectations the Grubber was despatched and received within 7 days from placing my order.

Upon receipt I was pleasantly surprised by the robust build quality and power generated by the tool. In addition, the Grubber’s effectiveness in rotovating the soil in my garden borders and particularly in areas which can be hard to access is also especially pleasing for someone like me who has a metal hip and a need to avoid digging activities.

I have no concerns regarding the service provided by Sotel GmbH and without any hesitation would consider utilising their services again should I have a future need.

Item as described, on time delivery and reasonably priced.

I ordered a coffee machine. Since it was shipping from Germany, I expected it to be slow and to probably come with a European plug. I got a dispatch email early the morning after the evening I ordered it, with Fedex tracking details then received it 3 days later with a UK plug.

The only negative part was the PayPal integration in their checkout is a bit buggy. I couldn't get it to go through via Express Checkout, but it worked once I put my details directly into the checkout and just used PayPal for the payment.
