Economical with the truth they told me 3 to 5 days £4.99 postage express delivery £7.99 that they deliver 2 weeks later ....go figure , will not use again ...😇💪ESPECIALLY NOW I KNOW THEIR CUSTOMERS MEAN NOTHING TO THEM .

They sold something I could not find at home in UK. It was a Wilfa waffle maker I had seen in Finland. The purchase was completely uncomplicated and satisfactory. They adapted it to a UK plug.

Unaware of the cost of these batteries I ordered for my elderly Father, completely ripped off. Purchased next set locally @ 25% of the price charged by this very dishonest company. Never again

We bought a Bosch filter coffee maker through Sotel. UK sources had later models, but only Sotel offered the earlier one in the right colour. Transaction straightforward, delivery prompt, really appreciated the inclusion of a robust Europlug to UK adapter. It makes very good coffee too (though Bosch deserve the stars for that).

I ordered a Honeywell thermostat which arrived promtly and efficiently (about 3 days from Germany to UK).
Having set it up, the thermostat became faulty and the company sent through a returns label and sent through a new one once the faulty product was received back with them

What a fantastic company! They sold a type of microwave I wouldn't have been able to get in the UK for a great price, and got it to my door quicker than some UK companies would have done, Brexit be damned! Altogether a very pleasant experience and have added them to my favourite sellers.

Ich schreibe sonst kaum bis keine Bewertungen, aber hier muss ich eine Ausnahme machen. Der Preis für die Everest Mountain Max war verdächtig günstig und ich hatte meine Bedenken…
…Umsonst. Ware kam schnell und sicher an. Einziger Nachteil, meine Söhne haben die Tastatur gesehen und wollten sofort auch eine haben :-)

Die negativen Bewertungen haben mich zusätzlich verunsichert, ich kann nur 5 Sterne vergeben.

I ordered 5 Arctic fans from Sotel shop. 4 140mm and 1 120mm. The fans are amazing and support PWD control. The delivery was fast and diligent. Can't conplain about anything. Really liked the experience and price that shop offered. To add, they were the only shop in Europe that sold these fans (as far as I remember), so I was happy to find what I was looking for.

They were the only ones in Europe selling the LG SPQ8-S kit at a very good price!
The package was delivered in good time and the equipment works just as expected!
