Southampton Cruise Parking Services レビュー 

Our first experience with Southampton cruise parking and I have to say everything went smoothly on arrival and when we departed.
Directions to the office and drop off were accurate, nice and easy to get to off the motorway. Simple process of dropping off the car and transferring into the mini bus. Luggage went into a trailer behind.
Dropped off at the terminal, we had a short walk to deposit our bags and walked through security.
Coming home I texted the number 30 mins before we left the ship, I got a confirmation saying to wait at the blue flag. We messaged once there to say we were waiting and within 15 mins we were collected. Once back at the office the car was delivered back to us within 10 mins.
Before booking we read all the terms and conditions so we knew what to expect and followed the instructions when we left the ship.
All in all a smooth process and would recommend.

Everything worked as promised.

I was really nervous when I turned up at the warehouse. Cars were lined up outside but I was directed to a parking spot straight away. Shuttle bus was waiting. My car was less than 2 months old so I wasn’t sure how safe it would be. The place looked like it could have been rented for a few weeks to make a bit of cash. The reception didn’t cry out professional outfit!
I didn’t see anyone take a video and was asked to sign a ‘ blank’ form with no damage check. ( I quickly took lots of photos of the car on my phone before leaving ) I was regretting leaving it all the way to the ship. However we arrived back and after a little bit of confusion at collection. ( 2 vans came ) we got back and the car was waiting outside . You are asked to text ahead so I assume they get the cars out as the texts come in. There was no damage, I can track my car on my phone and I could see it was parked inside before I got on the ship and stayed there until we came back
So apart from ‘appearances’ it was a pretty good service and no complaints.

Found the check in procedure efficient as was the transfer to the port. Pick up was also very efficient & assuring to that the driver found us minutes after we emerged from the cruise terminal. The directions to CPS building were clear.

Whole experience was so simple and efficient - exactly what you you hope for

I am reluctant to leave a review because once people know how good there service they will get fully booked when I want to use them. Joking aside I can highly recommend this parking service. I have used them a few times, and will only ever use them when we go on cruises from Southampton. The people are friendly, kind and helpful. As a disabled person you can be made to feel like you are a nuisance. Not so with these people. When you arrive they will take your cases from your car. Your cases are put into a minibus or people carrier. They take you to the ship terminal and help you with your cases. While you are away your car is in secure indoor parking. On the day you come home you let them know when you have got your cases and they will come and pick you up and take you back to your car. For a few extra pounds they will even wash and valet you car to a very high standard.

Very good information sent before arrival. The team there were all very helpful and friendly. Clear instructions when returning to collect the car. Will definitely use again.

I booked this last minute, and being a solo traveller I was apprehensive. But…from dropping the car off, being taken to the terminal , the process was seamless.
Coming off the ship, I found the pick up point where there was a bus there waiting already, I was back at my car in 20 minutes. I would defo use again.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my car parking at Southampton with Southampton Cruise Parking and was pleasantly surprised to receive a full refund within 3 days of giving the notification.
Many thanks for being so helpful and professional in dealing with the cancellation.

We have just returned from a cruise leaving from Southampton. We could not fault the service we received, after dropping the car off at Cruise Parking Services we were taken by minibus and dropped right outside where our ship was docked. When we returned. let them know what time we would be arriving and we were picked up and taken to our car. Very good service and I would definitely recommend them.

I arrived late for my check-in, and I was really late when I got to Southampton Cruise Parking Services to drop my car off. I had 15 mins to make the check-in from then. From the minute I got there I had the best care anyone could want. I was on my way to the cruise ship within 1 minute of dropping off the car. The man who drove me there got me there just in the nick of time. Everyone responded to the urgency of the situation. When I got back from the cruise I was picked up again almost as soon as I rang, and my car was waiting for me to pick up again. All I can say is that "You are and were all brilliant!". Thank you! I would recommend anyone to use this great company.

Shambles and a make shift space where you have to take your car to found the whole experience very stressful

Easy access from M27 or M3. Very quick drop off with the minibus taking us directly to our ship.

Pick up upon docking was amazing, no delay with the minibus and our car was ready for us at the warehouse. We were on the road within minutes

Great service very impressive, so efficient they were ready and waiting for us bus ready to go and it dropped us at the terminal right at the ship on our return we rang from terminal and bus was outside and our car was waiting for us to just go. Will definitely book with them again.

What a fantastic experience. Easy and simple from the point of booking to being delivered back to our car. I have always booked valet parking at the port and, in honesty, booked this company by mistake. Turned out to be the best mistake I have made. Dropped off car, private 2 minute transfer to the ship, bags unloaded and then a repeat on the return journey. Very easy and efficient.

Really friendly staff,easy to find and when we arrived home picked up personally as we missed the shuttle.

So easy directions check in , transfer to the ship and back . Such a nice young man did the paperwork . Car waiting as soon as you got off the bus honestly very impressed.

The process couldn't have been simpler from car drop off to collection. From arriving at their location to drop off the car and getting to the ship was approx 20 minutes (via shuttle). They even coped with a change in vehicle details the previous day.
There was a little wait to be collected at the cruise terminal on the way back but it couldn't have been more than 10 to 15 minutes. And that included figuring out where their pick up location was.
Would happily use them the next time we cruise. Thanks team!
