Untimely orders
Bought a gift voucher and some skin care during their Black Friday sale……up to 3 weeks later, they still weren’t available for collection!!! I’m currently a broad and wasn’t able to bring my products with me! NOT IMPRESSED at all!

Hi Shak, thanks for your comment. We have investigated this matter and can see that the order was for a gift voucher and you selected pickup in-store. It looks like your review is for a subsequent order. Nonetheless, we apologise for any delays with your orders, we had several promotions in the run up to Christmas and sold out of many items, despite our best efforts to restock as quickly as possible, there were delays from our suppliers given the time of year. We hope to improve this going forward.

Perfect clinic experience
Always a warm welcome when I walk through the clinic doors with personable staff. Short wait times and speedy appointments.
This is my second time with Dr. Kristen and she always goes above and beyond to make me feel super comfortable.

Quick and efficient service as always
I live in New York, and order my skin care products from South William Clinic. I started going to South William Clinic in 2021 for treatments and skin care products, when living in Dublin. The service is always highest standard, and the staff are super helpful, interested, knowledgeable and always so friendly. So I continue to order my skin care products while living abroad. My last order was on 31st October and it arrived on 4th November - extremely quick and efficient, as always! Also a lovely touch of including sample products AND some chocolates with my order :) Thanks so much! :)
