I went to the Clinic to staet my Laser treatment , I like the genuine and candid attention since I first came in, the personnel was happy to show me the span and sat me on a very cosy sitting room where I waited for my therapist.
Noelle was my laser therapist, she is a very charming girl, she explained everything with detail and care, she is very welcoming and chatty as well, I will definitely recommend her

This is a great service. I ordered a cleanser arrived the next day, with samples of products that I use. Well done on sustainability and listening to customers. Instead of giving samples that your customer doesn't use it was great to get some that I did

Purchased items online to pick up in store. It was closed when I went to collect them so I had to purchase the products again as I need to use them. I requested a refund on the items as I had already replaced them and they informed me they do not offer refunds only credit. This policy was not displayed anywhere during my purchase process online, and the staff were really unhelpful and didn't make any accommodations for this.

Only part of my order has been fulfilled, and I have been given no indication as to when I can expect the outstanding items. I should have been offered a choice to cancel and receive a refund for items currently out of stock.

2nd time ordering from south William street online and the delivery was late. I had to follow up to ask if the order was dispatched. Not ideal when you’re ordering products to treat your acne and then having to wait 2 weeks to receive them.
