South William Clinic  レビュー

Hi from the moment you enter everyone is so profesional, nice and friendly

I ordered on line and went to pick up cream from shop. When I went up it was out of stock. They had it in 2 days later, I feel it should have said it was out of stock. I must say the staff are all friendly professional and extremely helpful.

Took three weeks for my product to arrive

Ninnette is so professional I trust her so much and take any advice she gives

South willing clinic is The best of the best for all treatments

Just had my first hydrafacial with Jess. My skin is far smoother and more hydrated after it and much much clearer. Jess did a great job explaining everything really well as she went and why she tailored the facial as she did to my skin concerns. It definitely feels more effective than a regular facial.

We received totally wrong items. Not the products we ordered, but somebody elses order.
South William Clinic customer service chooses to be difficult and not agreeing to pay for the return shipment. As the fault is not mine, I dont see why I should pay for the return shipment. How many days of emailing is needed to solve this issue?

Speedy service, great value 👌

I’m never disappointed ordering from south William clinic, I love there flash sales and great range of products and they always include free samples with your package 😊

I experienced poor customer service with regard to my online purchase the weekend before last.
While a member of the team were readily available to assist me over Instagram, on a weekend (!)
I questioned that I was eligible for free shipping, and I was informed this was an error on their part. A resolution was found but this was delayed over a week. I expect better.

Thanks for such lovely service! It was great to meet you and I really appreciate the time you took to explain everything to me.

Took over two weeks to receive the order.

I could not book an appointment online after purchasing a package. Booking a consultation that was included in the purchased package still requires payment.

Thank you for the great, personal, professional service (as always!). And thank you for generously giving such high quality samples. Much appreciated

Dr Ninette is a wonder, so glad I found her! Natural technique, gives you time to explain what you want, and most importantly-listens. Looking forward to going back!

As always super service, I requested a specific free sample and it was kindly arranged. Always v helpful on Instagram too for advice. Would recommend ✌🏻
