Failed cancellation and refund of order

After trying to look at the price my order was accidentally placed. I have emailed the company 6 times explaining that I don't want this item. None of my emails have been returned and today I have an email asking for £100 in import tax to receive any item that I don't want. I'm hoping someone from the company sees this and contacts me, as I have no other option but to leave this 1 star review.
Edit, I am now on day 5 with no response from the seller and I am trying to be charged £100 for delivery!

Leveransen var jÀttesnabb! Tre dagar efter bestÀllning hade jag den att hÀmta ut hos mitt PostNord ombud.
Bor ute i Göteborgs södra skÀrgård och ibland Àr det krångel med leveranser,trots att man valt Post Nord som leverantör, hÀnder det att det Àndå blir shenker.
För mig innebÀr det resa till fastlandet (nÀrmaste ombud) med båt och sedan spårvagn. VÀntetid till nÀsta båt för avgång hem. 3 timmar som bÀst för det som var tÀnkt som leverens hem!
