Horrible can't cash out and their support is not responding. When it asks for the method to cash out there are no options and no one helps.

*SpinsAmerica.com is not a legitimate operation. They currently owe me $8,000. As part of their KYC (Know Your Customer) process, they required a bank statement, which I provided. However, they are refusing to approve my verification because the statement does not include my full account number and routing number.

This demand is both unnecessary and suspicious. The statement clearly shows my name and transaction history with their platform — more than enough to prove account ownership. Furthermore, I had already completed their original KYC process before depositing or playing on their site, and that was approved. I can provide documentation of that approval.

To date, I have found no credible evidence that SpinsAmerica.com pays out winnings to any users.

Since then Spinsamerica has closed my account, I have filed a complaint with the FTC, not that I expect anything to go anywhere.

I got my first ever max win in a casino on this site, and I will never see a penny of it.

They don't pay I won 1200 on sicbo and they don't want to pay me...stay away they don't pay

I wish I had read the reviews before putting any money on the garbage site, because if I had, I would have never paid them a dime. I won $100 after buying $9 worth of sweepstakes, then a little more as well. I go to redeem, and I cannot redeem anything. Says balance is unredeemable. I message customer support, and they tell me it's because I have to buy via bank transfer for security and verification purposes. So after a few issues doing that, I succeeded and put more money on the site. I got to redeem, and what do you know? Still unredeemable! So I realize something really strange is going on and decide to check out Trustpilot and find all the negative reviews, including rollover. So I decided to keep spinning, knowing I'd probably never get my money. So after spinning threw much of my winnings slowly but surely, little bits of money become redeemable. Total scam!!!! Crazy rollover, never seen such high rollover, nor is it disclosed anywhere. STAY CLEAR

Yeah this is a total scam. Horrible rtp and if you manage to get over 100 to cash out, it lets you but then you get an email saying you need to 4x playthrough. Why even let me do the redeem process? Do not give this site any time or money

Scam!!! Deposited several times like the others and won 285 bucks went to withdraw my money and they blocked my account!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!!! I played on this new sweeps site, made several deposits and managed to end the night with a $1,000 redemption! The next day I logged in and a big "ACESS DENIED" page popped up! I sent several emails to support and even posted on Facebook messenger! Absolutely no response!!! I was able to get in to the site on my cell phone but it forced me to create a new account! I don't want to be banned for a duplicate account so I simply messaged them on the site asking for support! Still no response! SpinsAmerica owes me $1,000!!! I HAVE SCREENSHOTS TO PROVE IT!!! There is absolutely nothing in my documentation that says I was playing in a soft opening where winnings don't count! Your system showed that my deposits were processed and for all intents and purposes I was playing with real funds! I won $!000!!!! After I win you tell me that I was part of a soft opening where wins don't count! Sounds like you got in over your head and just decided to cancel out the deposits so you didn't have to pay any winnings!!! If this was a soft opening and strictly for fun it should have been stated on your website! As far as I am concerned you still owe me $1,000!!!
