Five star service and a five star product.
I ordered a backpack and for some reason didn’t receive the free crossbody bag (probably my fault when I made the order!)
I contacted Spiral and the matter was immediately dealt with in friendly, positive, no-fuss manner.
I received my crossover bag within 48 hours and am delighted with both.
It is refreshing to deal with a company that has a great product and a great level of customer-focused service.
I would definitely recommend on both counts and will certainly be looking to buy more from the great range offered.

What a great company!

I ordered an Olive 20l backpack, which is absolutely lovely, great size, quality and design. The next day I noticed that I had missed the offer of a free crossbody bag when I ordered a backpack.

I contacted Customer Services and they were fantastic! They responded straight away and let me choose a crossbody bag, I offered to pay the extra postage but the bag was quickly sent through at no extra cost to me.

They were so thoughtful, friendly and professional. I really appreciated their help and swift support, it was so refreshing! I would highly recommend Spiral- the products are great and the customer service is fabulous!

The product is exactly as stated, no short comings or surprises. When I reached out to Spiral customer services after my strap adjuster broke they replaced the whole bag immediately without any questions, I never expected that at all. Great customer service and a good everyday product that I’ve just purchased for my wife also.

I had a question regarding my order which I emailed them regarding.
It was answered within 5 mins and felt with very professionally…
I was very impressed.

I made a complaint for not receiving an item but this was speedily rectified and I realised I was at fault for misunderstanding the order process. Spiral informed me and I made an additional selection followed by my apology. Even though there was a misunderstanding on my part, I can’t fault Spiral and am very pleased with their products, great quality and service.

Such a hassle-free experience is unheard of—replacements, refunds, missing items—no problems at all. The bags are exceptional. They look fantastic and perform well. I've have a bag (Portland) for nearly three years, and it still looks excellent. If I hadn't used it so carelessly, it would appear like new—truly durable products. I currently own five bags in total for my wife and children.

This was my first time shopping with Spiral, and I’m genuinely impressed. I reached out to customer support after realising we’d forgotten to add the free crossbody bag during their promotion. They replied incredibly quickly and were super helpful from the start.

Not only did they explain the promo clearly, but they also went out of their way to help fix the issue and add the crossbody to my order. It honestly made the whole experience feel personal and looked after.

I saw the advert on social media and ordered the traveler backpack with free side bag. I was slightly sceptical and first when ordering the bag. I made my order and they were sent out the next day with shipping details. I received both the bags and discovered a slight bit of damage to the backpack, I reached out and contacted Sprial and they got back in contact quickly sending out a replacement backpack the next day which is amazing. Both the bags look great and are of really good quality and I cant wait to use them on my holidays. I will definitely order from Spiral again.

I ordered the Black 23L Oslo bag and it is amazing. It fits all my food prep meals and my gym clothes and it still feels light and comfy on my back.

I went back on the site to look at other bags while waiting for my order and I realized I missed out on the free crossbody bag offer. I emailed them on the 18th of March to ask if I could get the free promo bag and they said yes and literally shipped it out the same day. Both bags are amazing, great quality I’ve been using it everyday now and cant get enough. Stylish and sleek. I wasn’t a backpack person until now.

I purchased a back pack, used it most days and six months later it developed a small hole in the stitiching of one of the bottom seams. Sent Spiral photo of the issue at 9am, by 11am I'd had an email to say that a replacement was on it's way and it was delivered the next day! Outstanding customer service, would definitely recommend and buy again :)

Although I’ve not received my rucksack yet the Customer Support is excellent. I rushed my order and actually ordered the wrong rucksack !!! I contacted customer support via email and they responded within the hour and sorted my order out without any hassle they even pointed out that I’d forgotten to take advantage of the free cross over bag and added that to my order 👍🏻
