They helped us achieve our goal. We were not rushed or pressurised. They allowed us to move with two weeks grace after completion, this allowed us to decorate and make good our new house, this has been extremely helpful. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful. We would recommend spring move.

Prompt, friendly and efficient, an excellent service for home sellers.

Mostly the experience was slick and efficient but there have been occasions when I feel a little lost as I've had no feedback and i don't know what's happening. I have since writing this had a personal reply. This is all I need, actually. Assurance that Springmove are listening.

Well it was so simple we had to enquire whether anything was happening and of course it was and we are about to exchange contracts less than four weeks after we decided to use Spring. We decided to move in mid November and should complete before Christmas. Well done Spring

Shah has been a pleasure to deal with throughout this process. After 2 house sales that fell though we had very little time left before our mortgage offer expired. I spoke to Shah and instantly felt reassured that this was a legitimate company that I was dealing with. Shah was totally transparent and honest throughout the process and within 3 weeks we managed to exchange and complete on our new house! Thank you!

We chose to use Spring as a part-exchange scheme run by our house builders (new-build). We did our homework beforehand and knew exactly what to expect and roughly the level of offer that would be coming our way. That suited our situation (however, it may not suit everybody). Having decided to go ahead, Spring lived up to all expectations. The offer was based on a RICS survey and 2 independent estate agent visits (at their expense) and the timescale for completion was set by us and completed on time. The only spanner-in-the-works was the Government's mini-budget which affected the offer and valuation, but this was beyond Spring's control. Communication with ALL of Spring's staff was excellent - they were more than happy to answer even the smallest of questions and to reassure us that everything would complete on time. The legalities were explained and completed smoothly, and on the day of completion, the whole transaction went without a hitch. All legal fees were covered. One extra bonus was the fact that should our house be resold above a set value, we would be entitled to an additional percentage of the profit. Having researched beforehand, no similar companies offered this option.
Overall, I would highly recommend Spring if what they offer suits your circumstances.

Quick and smooth process, friendly staff.

Although communications and follow up were good, and the people friendly to deal with, the cash offer made was measly so we didn't progress; it was also more complex than expected (ie a low amount and then a fixed percentage of anything above the marketed value).
Shortly after turning Spring down, we have agreed a sale in the normal route. At the sale price agreed, Spring would have pocketed £64k which is now ours.

It is too soon to pass any sensible comment. Ask me again when the transaction is complete.

Shah was very quick and efficient to get a valuation to us, he kept me well informed throughout and we had the price within 3 days

Although I haven’t taken them up on the offer at this time, I felt they were very fair and honest and the people Inspokevto were all very helpful.

Very efficient process- helpful pleasant staff; unfortunately offered a very low price and we could not accept.

Achieved all objectives and always there to communicate throughout.

I'm still waiting the end result of money after sale of my former property.
4 stars because Spring took away the hassle of a private sale but I felt I had to make a lot of the running by asking questions rather than being regularly informed.
The final handover of keys was not well organised.

Springmove is a fast efficient tool to progress fallen chains and quick sale needs. Recommend this company as they work fairly and honestly.

The person to go to is Shah. He is friendly and easy to understand. Very professional and welcoming is using their house buying service. Recommend this company and Shah. You can change your mind without any costs which I really like, you’re not tied up to a contract.

Spring offer a professional and friendly service. Their website is informative and contacting them directly is straightforward and transparent. The housing market is unpredictable and Spring provide a much needed reassurance. I would recommend them.
