We originally had a completion date of 29/09/23, unfortunately there was a hold up with the apartment that we were purchasing. We didn't complete until December 2023 and they waited patiently for us to complete. After completion Valerie contacted us to check that everything had gone to plan and to make sure we had settled into our new home.

Spring have been trustworthy and professional in every respect. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend their services.

If you are using them to buy your home ignore the reviews from Estate Agents and House Builders, they are irrelevant to you. Just look at what the people selling their home say.

They are no different to other webuyanyhouse companies, they get a valuation for what your house would sell for in 2-4 weeks then offer you 80% of that. If you are absolutely desperate, they could help you out, otherwise, avoid.

Further, RICS surveyor they sent didn't even offer to take his shoes off after trapesing around a muddy garden on a wet winter's day. Zero respect for the house he is valuing.

Spring used two estate agents to price our property, but only quoted the one with the much lower price. The Chartered surveyor they sent told us he was only assessing condition not value, yet Spring got a value from him, where he had not noted any of the extensive green credentials, ASHP, passive design, large floor area, air conditioning, rainwater harvesting, all in a very short visit, yet went on to refer to 4 properties that only had nearby range 6 miles in common, except for one house, 40% smaller floor area, old build, more rural and no local services, shop, pub, school etc. The one exception was a house of similar size and price as ours coming out £145,000 lower price 25% lower than the last estate agent.

Contact was professional, but approachable and warm. I felt understanding and help would be forthcoming.

We were very impressed by the speed of your actions to bring about an offer on our property, and also liaising with our solicitors. Whenever we wanted any information from your company about our sale it was dealt with immediately and efficiently. We have moved home 4 times before and always encountered time delays etc, so we have found this easy up to now. Fingers crossed everything proceeds.
