I was pleased to have a chance for a quick move without worrying about selling my own house during this economically challenging times.
Spring was a good solution and generally everything worked well.
However, there were stressful times not helped by my extended time away after my husband’s death.
Ultimately I am pleased to have completed the part exchange and would thank Davisons Law team for their support.

Fantastic service, Shah and the Spring team were excellent.Very fast and efficient, they did everything they said they would do within the timeframes. I would highly recommend Spring if your looking to Part exchange your house.

Spring Move have been quick, efficient and friendly during the process. I have referred a handful of customers over the past few weeks and will continue to do this. Shah and Hannah have been especially helpful.

Mum at 94 sadly had to sell her beloved home of 53 years in Stanwick, and move into a lovely McCarthy Stone apartment at Townsend Court, Rushden. Springmove Ltd managed the part exchange of Mums existing home, promptly offering a price above her expectations, with the promise of a further profit share if her house sold above their initial valuation. The whole process was managed without undue delay and with great sensitivity. We were kept updated and with courtesy calls to address any concerns we may have. Any issues were promptly addressed. Even after completion Springmove Ltd followed up to make sure we were happy with the process and outcome. A big thank you to Hannah Wigglesworth who showed great compassion and a guiding hand throughout this traumatic time for Mum. And also to Valerie who made sure questions and concerns were addressed at the end of the process.

Helpful staff -easily available and explain things very clearly

Spring Move provided a painless experience as we didn’t feel pressurised or harassed. The price offered on our previous house seemed fair given the market conditions and this enabled us to move on at a speed we could not have managed in the normal system of buying and selling.
The flexibility offered by the two week period for moving out was essential for us as our removal company couldn’t accommodate our target date for removal on completion.
We avoided estate agents fees and didn’t have to concern ourselves with the whims and viewing preferences of every prospective buyer.
We were in a position to strongly negotiate with the Vendor of our new property as we were effectively a cash buyer.
Our dedicated property advisor, Shah was always available, polite and extremely helpful. The Assessor, Dan was equally helpful and knowledgeable.
We would recommend Spring Move to anyone wishing to move quickly in the present uncertain market.

Our property was estimated by 2 local Estate Agents at between £360,000 to 375,000.
The house next door to us which is smaller & whose bathroom ceiling & staircase ceiling collapsed, had not been decorated since 1965, still sold for £340,000 through an Estate Agent in December 2022.
This fact was batted away by the Spring Move underwiter as,"irrelevant".
Spring Move decided to go with the surveyor's evaluation of £285,000. I pointed out with evidence that the Surveyor's Report was factually incorrect.
For example, it states our house was built in 1950 as a 'council house. It was in fact built in 1960 & was for private use! I have the original plans & deeds, backed up by 2 different neighbours who got their mortgages at that time!
The 'underwriter' after an exchange of emails & a phone call point blank refused to acknowledge the error & said that as some sort of favour they would offer an estimate between the 2 valuations of £315,000 & then offer me a final cash sum of £252,000!
To add to this, again I sent over Zoopla estimates from 4.9.23 & 17.9.23 both time & date stamped showing that our house had increased in value by £5,000,with the overall trend constantly upwards for the past 2 years!
Also that when I stated that the 2 other local Estate Agents were now so busy & had diaries blocked out for the next 2 weeks & couldn't see me, I was told verbally, by the underwiter "that's a sales ploy!"
Their Surveyor's report compared our property to 2 others sold a mile away, that, as I pointed out, are not in anyway comparable to our property on any level!
Spring Move continues to deny the Surveyor's report is flawed & that both that report & their offer are correct!
Spring Move continues to ignore the estimated valuations of the 2 experienced & LOCAL Estate Agents, the estimate from Zoopla & any evidence I have.
Spring Move could have made a very tidy & quick profit, but in this instance decided to ignore all the factual evidence before them!
You may well have "years of experience" behind you, but a good business should acknowledge when an error has been made, rectifying that error & review their procedures that come to those conclusions.

I refer a number of my buyers to Spring and the professionalism gained from the team to both myself and my clients is great and positive feedback is always relayed. Marcus is a brilliant contact and keeps me informed on the valuations process (with other companies I feel like I am constantly chasing!). Rebecca is great, she goes through offers clearly and transparently (without any waffle!)

Hi everyone. Until to receive the offer from Spring I read so many reviews about Spring and I wasn’t sure what to expect! Lauren who wrote the review only couple of days was right! After 8 weeks of waiting today I have received the call from Spring.The approach is friendly and polite but what is more important is disappointing.Our property is a 3 bed detached with a garage(only 10 years old) we bought the house in 2015 for £163k and now is valued before £224k on Zoopla and from Halifax our mortgage provider for £222k .Their “free evaluators” which actually are paid by Spring so that means they work in their interest evaluate the house between £195k and £205k. Now …. The offer from Spring £145k !!!!!!! You can’t buy in our area not even a 3 bed terrace house in a rough area not in a new estate !! How to suit anyone this ridiculous offers? I thought is different than other companies but is no difference. They work for people?? Is a joke and totally waste of time. We put on hold few viewings on our property waiting for this ridiculous offer! Thank you Spring !

So far,i have been treated very well,will give 5 stars when my proposed house move is finally over the line,but i have found the staff very friendly and very helpful.

We have been able to move forward and we are now in the apartment we wanted and on the date we were promised thank you spring
