Order not arrived

My mum ordered a concealer pallet Worth £67 for my sister for Christmas, she ordered It on the 16th of October and still hasn’t arrived two weeks later. Thoroughly disappointed and now we are wondering if it’ll ever come as she has still not received confirmation that has even been sent.
Company have no problem taking the money just issues with supplying the good.

My order still hasn’t turned up

My order still hasn’t turned up, it’s now been nine days since I ordered it and six days since I received an email to say my order was on its way. Tried to use the live chat and have also emailed for a refund but no answer as of yet.

We apologise for this however our product was sent using royal mail service which in turn was damaged. We apologise for this and thank you for your feedback we will be sure to improvie our policies in the future.

I paid £10 for next day delivery and 3…

I paid £10 for next day delivery and 3 days later it still hasn’t arrived, I’ve emailed the customer service email and they haven’t replied to me either, in my opinion this is not good customer service and if the parcel doesn’t arrive in the next few days I will be demanding a full refund and making a formal complaint.

Leprechaun outfit

My only issue with the leprechaun outfit was the white shirt underneath the jacket wasn't long enough.
Bar that, everything else was just what I required.
