One of the bicycles which I bought had an issue with the axle of the bottom bracket (1 mm too short for that frame).
I raised the issue and I've got the situation solved without having to insist on it.
They've sent me a replacement of that axle which had proven the right fit for that frame.
I remain a happy customer of Steel Vintage Bikes.

I first became aware of Steel Vintage Bicycles in Berlin through a GCN video. What caught my eye first was the Kraftwerk jersey worn by a presenter. I had to have it!! Fortunately the stores website was easy to navigate and I was able to find loads of excellent options. My order was processed quickly and in about a week it as at my door here in the US. I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received and I will shop there again and recommend to friends.
