Stephen Einhorn is a British family business, founded in 1995 by Stephen Einhorn and Jane Best, with an aim to create truly individual, luxurious jewellery designs handmade by skilled craftspeople in their London workshop. Beautiful Signet Ring
I couldn’t be more pleased with my order. I got the silver signet ring for my son’s 21st birthday, and what a ring it is. The quality is outstanding, the sizing is perfect.
Stephen Einhorn has been brilliant from start to finish, excellent correspondence throughout.
Very Highly recommended, I will definitely be ordering from him again.

Stephen Einhorn has been there for everything we have needed in important times . An engagement ring, our wedding rings, a 50th birthday ring through to a beautiful dog pendant.
We would never go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone.

The assistant made me feel extremely special. I initially went into buy a ring that I had my eye on for ages. Then i saw the most beautiful bracelet. I took a while deciding, but the assistant remained patient. I bought the bracelet in the end.Its the most beautifully crafted piece. I love it!

I bought a silver bracelet for my son…
I bought a silver bracelet for my son for his birthday two years ago. He loves it and wears it everyday. He was invited to send it back to be polished and examined to see if it needed any repairs, all done free of charge. The bracelet has an amazing clasp so there is no risk of it coming undone, in the past my son has lost bracelets because they were unsafe. All in all Stephen Einhorn is a very professional and talented jeweller..

They make beautiful jewellery and there is excellent aftercare. My earring has had an issue with locking in and both times, I’ve taken it into the shop I have always been met with excellent service.

I bought a gents beaded bracelet that…
I bought a gents beaded bracelet that was too small, so I sent it back at considerable expense and was told it was damaged, I just tried it on once. I was refused a larger replacement, so had to have the original extended which was expensive for what it was. The silver part is now almost black. Disappointed.

Dear Mark, I'm so sorry that you are feeling dissatisfied with our service to you. I will look into this personally and get back to you quickly. We want all our customers to be happy. If the silver has gone black this can be due to a number of factors. The silver itself is 925, but it can dis-colour if exposed to something acidic or some body products such as soaps or shampoos or chlorine. Occasionally its the acidic balance in your skin. This can usually be sorted with a professional polish. We will be in touch with you.
