Over the phone customer and e mail service was excellent when ordering a ring. Very reassuring in a world where it now hardly exists.

The staff were amazing. They answered my many, many questions and did everything they could to ensure that I was happy with the finished product, which was perfect. I’ve given Stephen Einhorn five stars for the quality and beauty of their jewellery and for the helpful customer service I’ve always received from their front of house staff. They’ve never let me down when I’ve been looking for something for a special occasion.

From beginning to end, the service was excellent. We had a warm reception when we went into the shop to look at wedding rings, and all through the ordering process through to delivery the store was very communicative. As for the rings themselves, they are beautiful and we couldn't be happier with them.

Purchased several items over the years including wedding rings and gifts for special occasions and my experience has always been great. So helpful. Used to be local, now live abroad. Called up and they remembered us, got a surprise ordered and delivered quickly for my wife's birthday surprise here. Love that the products are still really cool and service the same.

We have used Stephen Einhorn on a number of occasions now and service and products have always been faultless. We first went to them to get my engagement ring what we wanted wasn't listed but they were so accommodating no request is too small or difficult. They also provided our wedding bands and keepsake charms we purchased for our children. Every time they have been fabulous and made sure you know exactly what's happening.
