I had been very worried about remortgaging and the stress it would cause but Claire and Mhairi have made it such an easy process. I felt well informed of the risks and cost-benefit of my options. Initially I asked for a free valuation fee, but later decided to check paid valuation options. My broker was accommodating of my request, despite the extra work, which was great as the latter was the right choice for me. Communication was outstanding as I was kept on the loop during the whole process. If my completion materialises I will def use them again for my remortgage in a couple of years time.
