Signed up to the app. Offered 2 x 2 hours shifts, which I accepted. Morning before I was told to do 3 hours training before 1pm to be able to do the job. Could not log on to do it. Repeated back and forth to try to log on. Eventually got onto the app at 7pm and was then told I had to do 4 hours training by 10pm. HOW???? I had to then reject the 7.15am shift as it was impossible to do the training beforehand. Then found I'd been kicked off the App for 5 negative reviews!
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. ONLY AIM IS TO EXPLOIT YOUNG PEOPLE.

The account does not activate, even after weeks and when application requirements are met. No human support, and just the same generic old 'waiting is boring' copy paste messages. No update on application status apart from a small, static 'Application Submitted' panel for weeks on the main profile. Do not waste your time here; you will not find work.

Sign up process is absolutely awful and doesn't work. There's also no way to get in contact with a person even though the live chat says you can.

Was rated with poor performance conveniently right after my trial shifts. Not a good app and they're definitely not on your side.

the app is horrible. they don't give any explaination to bad rating where person can improve.

Horrible customer service, where I was rated one star inaccurately. They have no placeholders to protect their workers from inaccurately bad reviews, in which they emphasise the importance of having a good rating, as it affects your opportunities.

Absolute garbage they deduct your hourly work pay you 10 pounds per hour give you strikes on star review no security zero customer service I really don’t recommend anyone using their app

Incompetent people working for company and thieves. So not use this app

Stint is a great way to make money that fits around your schedule at Uni. The work is easy and I pick out the jobs around lectures. Recommend.

Non responsive have to send lots of emails. The stints don't show up. Only available for all the old users. Stints that no one want is given to the new users. Some stints you have to travel hours if you cancel your review will be affected or your account will be on hold. Loads of improvement needed
