I wouldnt say my experience was great as I'm not sure how I was subscribed in the first place but once i presented the issue to them Elsa was very swift in trying handle my situation.

I was reimbursed money for a promotion I had tried to purchase but the promotion had already ended and they were helpful in returning my payment to my debit card.

They resolved the problem quickly.

After realizing I was being charged for a subscription I didn't sign up for and reporting it as fraudulent to my bank, they so graciously offered to refund my card if I leave this 5 star review. If something seems too good to be true, it usually is. Stay away from surveys.

I am making this review so for a subscription I did not authorize. This company grabbed my credit card information while I was ordering something else. I do not crochet. Beware of this company. I got a partial refund. I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I have emailed several times and they are ghosting me. So apparently that's how they make money by keeping the few dollars they still owe. I have turned them in to Better Business Bureau. If I could I would rate a zero but can't go that low. This company is a scam! Beware!!!
I finally got my money back after I turned them in to Better Business Bureau, my Credit Card Company, and to my state Attorney General. Still I would not but anything from this company and not changed my rating.

The experience was great, I just couldn’t continue to afford it unfortunately. So I have no issues with this website and I hope it continues to keep working great for everyone else. Thank you!

They have a quick response when you email them to ask for a refund.

I was never able to get a code to complete this for a refund. And no response. Very disappointed!

I don't know who you are, and I don't know how I ended up paying for an account I don't remember creating.

I originally ordered a tablet off of Tik Tok, then received an email stating that they were out of the tablets, and my money would be returned.. it's been 15 days my money hasn't been returned & stitchcove tried to charge my card again for more money ... This place is a scam stealing peoples money..

This is one of those subscription services that they hide all the details amid other companies . When you request your money back they tell you they cannot give any refunds . When you start arguing with them then they say they'll give a refund but only if you give a good review on trust violet. Once you check with your bank the bank tells you they're not even the type of company they said they were that they're actually a software company out of Africa. Lot of suspiciousness out of this company do not use them and if you did use them definitely do not remove your review just so that they look good.

Then when you review them honestly they do everything to cancel the review
