I have been a smoker for 55 years. I developed COPD recently & decided to give up smoking. What was a difficult process was made a lot easier with support & encouragement from Leanne. From fortnightly phone calls to always being sent a supply of patches etc. Leanne had a lot of tips on how to cope with cravings & always made you aware that you could always phone her if needed. I am very grateful for all the time & help given to me

Good support and help and good nicotine replacements

Tina has been most helpful, I still have a cigarette or two in a week now. A week or two I will be totally smoke free. I'm breathing a fair bit better and this I'm hoping for more improvement on the weeks and months ahead. Smoke free nearly 2 weeks now.

I have been trying to quit smoking for 30 years but this time with the help and advice from Leanne I can now say I no longer smoke thank you Leanne you really made a difference

There ok. It's down to you really. The lozenges worked for me but it all depends on the individual situation at the time.

After smoking for such a long time, the thought of trying to stop became more and more daunting. My Sister in-law had quit using the quit clinic so I decided to try it. Tina was just amazing. Non judgmental, patient and really encouraging. Gave great advice about distraction techniques and was honest from the start about using the replacement methods would still require willpower however, they would greatly reduce the desire to smoke as it is only the nicotine that is needed. She sent anything I asked for, vapes, mist etc and her regular calls spurred me on. I can’t recommend the quit clinic enough and have sent the link to others in my network. Thanks so much Tina for what you have done.
