Tina has been an incredible help on my journey to quit smoking. After smoking for over 40 years more than 20 cigarettes a day. i never imagined i could cut down, let alone quit. But with Tina’s support, along with her co-advisers, I’ve made real progress over the last three months. I’m not completely smoke-free yet, as i still have 3 to 5 cigarettes a day, usually after meals, but the difference is huge. Quitting isn’t easy, it takes time, patience, & the right support, & that’s exactly what Tina has given me. Thank you for being there every step of the way. Thank You.

Tina is a great help. I smoked for 30 years and came to smoke one cigarette every 15 minutes. I never thought I could stop . Tina made it happen with the advice. Now I have been off smoking for 3 months. I just hope I can stay off them. If I can do it for a year, I will be fine.

I was taken in to hospital july 2024 i was approached by Quit clinic adviser i was bit optimistic at 1st but thought go for it nothing to lose , i started on patches & gum then advised to try vape so i had patches & vapes , tina advised me dropping to lower patches & lower liquid wen she felt i was ready , by October i was completely free of all tobacco , patches & vapes i must say best thing I've ever done considering been smoking for 30 yrs , therefore big thank you n i would recommend this clinic to anyone , u may even be as lucky as i was get Tina as your support who helped me get smoke free

Just wanted to say Big thank you for support from the quit clinic. I have been struggling with smoking since I was a teenager and thought I could not bring my self to stop smoking I met with Tina from the quit clinic and I have received so much support from Tina at the quit clinic since November 2024 I recieved vape and smoke patches in my post and by January 2025 I manged to stop smoking thanks to Tina from quit clinic I appreciate the support I feel so much better since I stopped smoking I would recommend quit clinic to anyone who wants to stop smoking quit clinic has got very supportive staff willing to help anyone who is struggling to stop smoking Big thanks to Tina from quit clinic for sending out vapes and patches helped me to stop smoking I feel happy since thanks so much to quit clinic 😊

Stop smoking clinic has helped so much, after a few tries I have become cigarette and tobacco free, even though it's been 2 weeks smoke free i feel a lot better, the support and help i got of tina was great , I've not thought of having a fag which is a big difference for me being a smoker for 35 years and I hope to stay clean. Just like to thank stop smoking team for all the help.

I want to recommend all those who have the will power to quit smoking, it’s all in your brain. You can do it as I have done it after smoking for like 15 years. I want to thank Tina who took regular follow ups with me and kept me motivated.

Just to say that im now 12 weeks into my programme and I am delighted to say that I am now a non smoker !

Thankyou to Leanne for her support, help and wise words in helping me reach my goal of quitting smoking. I have been smoke free since September and the nicotine patches with reducing mg and vapes with reducing mg over the 12 week programme have really helped in reducing my cravings and achieving my goal.

I have so much to say but will summarise as truthfully as I can .
Leanne was not only very professional but the way she talked me thru with care attentively listening and understanding my difficulty in quitting tobacco after 42 years of smoking is quite commendable .
I have thru her not only managed to quit tobacco altogether but she has helped me in cutting down on the vape without the need of the patches in these twelve weeks . I know if I continue with the advice she has given me I will soon be able to quit the vape too .
Many things I could say but will only say in short Leanne is a great asset to the ones she is working with and I will always be grateful for her time and care and help she has Given . ❤️👍👊
