Had been smoking almost 6 years on and off and after several failed methods. Once hospitalised this year I have finally found the right support to stop smoking once and for all but again didn’t know where to start . They gave me the tools and taught me how to use them and above all they helped me find the will and confidence to finally be free of this addiction. My gratitude is infinite, thanks to Tina and The Quit Clinic.

Very efficient in what they say and do. The support and advice was life changing, staff came across very professional and polite in there mannerism. Keep on delivering the good work and many thanks.

Patches were sent to the wrong address and I missed a call because a fortnight after as I was busy at work but sent a text two days in a row to say I was busy but I was doing well, as a consequence my patches were not sent. Because I didn’t physically speak my patches were not sent. I found the lady confrontational and was told if I don’t speak to her and say the words I'm not smoking she will not send them as they could go to someone else. Being told off basically. I have a busy job and I am front of people and can’t always answer the phone so this service gave rules I can’t physically follow. The patches were working and I’m not smoking so I will have to continue on my own. I don’t like being told if Im not buying cigarettes I can afford to buy patches or that I have to speak to her physically. I don’t smoke cigarettes I smoke tobacco and I don’t need to buy any, I have it but am choosing not to smoke it. I don’t understand what part of I’m doing well indicated I’m not using the patches. I found this all too confrontational and not supportive so I’ve opted out of this service and will go it alone.

They are really nice people. They give you alot of support and help. I recommend them to my family and friends.

The company did brilliant they kept to fonecall appointments and made me feel sane,tailored a programe to me and made my transition so easy so i became smoke and vape free i cant thank them enough

Leanne at the quit clinic is great. She is a great support and gives great advice. I'm just at the end of my 12 weeks now. Leanne has said to call if I need to .

Thanks to the help a support of the advisory I can now officially say I am a none smoker by NHS standards.
I was thrilled when I was told that but abit disappointed that I didn’t get a badge 😂

I've been working with a lady called Leanna from the Quit clinic for 12 weeks now and she's been amazing. Really easy to talk to and she's been pushing me through. With her words of wisdom and guidance I've finally quit the cigarettes and now vaping. I hope to eventually be nicotine free completely but one step at a time hey. I couldn't of done it without the added encouragement and support from Leanne.

I just wanna say quitting cigarettes is not easy especially if u have things going on in your life. By putting you first, you can quit and only putting you first 💯

Tuna was an excellent advisor, she has supported me to quit smoking. I loved that she was easy to talk to, gave excellent tips and was non judgemental when I had lapses. Thanks for this wonderful service, I would highly recommend.
