Price and quality of all products to date have been great! Word of advise though amazon warehouses are not friendly to filament storage and I will usually not chance that purchase.

Good product
Easy to order, good filament and great price. Boxes were a little crushed when they arrived but the product was in excellent condition.

The packing was sub-standard
The packing was sub-standard. The three boxes of filament were loose in a used cardboard box of about 2 cu feet held closed by a single strip of celo-tape.

High-Quality Filament at a Great Value
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ High-Quality Filament at Great Prices
I’ve been very happy with SUNLU’s filament quality and pricing. The filament has been consistently good for my 3D printing needs, the prices are competitive, and orders generally ship out of the store quickly. As someone who purchases filament in high volumes for my 3D printing business, these are all important factors.
My biggest suggestion for improvement would be getting orders to customers sooner. While orders generally leave the warehouse quickly, delivery can sometimes take a week, which makes project planning challenging. I can usually plan ahead to accommodate this, but occasionally I still need to purchase filament from other suppliers to keep jobs on schedule.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with SUNLU and will continue to be a customer. Improving overall delivery times would make an already good experience even better!
Great filament, great value, and a brand I’m happy to keep buying from.

Goodluck returning anything
I purchased the AMS heater unit for the Bambu AMS. It arrived, I opened it and its not compatible with mine. I put it back in the box and taped it shut. I contacted sunlu and was told they dont accept returns. They denied my return several times times but finally decides to accept it because I never used it. They said i had to pay the shipping to return it. The return policy is unacceptable.
Between this and their filaments tangling up right out of the box, I will no longer support sunlu. Their customer service is awful, they dont care about their customers

Snags in Every Roll
Every roll of Sunlu filament I have used has destroyed the project because the filament was tangled inside the roll. Often in more than one place. This snag/tangle keeps the filament from unwinding and moving through the printer head. So, the project continues but is ruined because no filament is coming out. Every roll.
