Zero accountability for faulty sunglasses gifted to me. Despite providing the receipt, responsibility was further evaded by apparently their 'data breach' & I was talked over & directed to 'chat' by phone staff. Not worth the stress.
Interesting assortment of goods
Interesting assortment of goods, but very average quality. Jeans and cotton shirts lose color after 3 washes. I do not recommend buying clothes in an online store, because in case of returning goods you have to wait a very long time and send e-mails many times about where the money is. They respond kindly, but the result is slow. I prefer stores where you can try them on, I do not like online stores.

Jag bestÀllde ett par skor för över en månad sedan som fortfarande inte har kommit fram. Trots det får jag betalningskrav via Klarna för en vara jag aldrig ens fått.
Idag kontaktade jag deras kundtjÀnst tvÃ¥ gÃ¥nger. Första gÃ¥ngen fick jag lÀmna alla uppgifter â för att sedan fÃ¥ höra att de inte kunde hjÀlpa mig eftersom jag var inloggad pÃ¥ mitt konto, och att jag behövde logga ut.
Jag loggade ut, kontaktade dem igen, lÀmnade exakt samma uppgifter Ànnu en gÃ¥ng â och fÃ¥r dÃ¥ istÀllet höra att det Àr âfel mejladressâ kopplad till ordern.
Med andra ord: noll ansvarstagande, noll lösning, noll hjÀlp.
Att ta betalt går snabbt. Att leverera eller hjÀlpa kunden nÀr något går fel verkar de inte ha någon som helst förmåga eller vilja till.
Det hÀr Àr oseriöst på en nivå som inte Àr acceptabel. Jag har anmÀlt Àrendet och kommer driva det vidare.

I got effectively scammed out of my money
I got effectively scammed out of my money. I bought a coat on sale. There was no indication next to the product that it couldnât be returned. At normal retailers, any product that cannot be returned is clearly marked as âFinal Saleâ. There was no such indication here, although apparently the return policy states that any item on a sale of more than 50% cannot be returned. Unfortunately, I did not look at the fine print and didnât notice that my product wasnât returnable. Caveat emptor (buyer beware) at its finest. Now, I have a coat that is too large for me and that cannot be returned because of a rule that was buried in the return policy and not clearly indicated next to the item at the time (they later changed it to say âFinal Saleâ next to the item after many clients complained about getting scammed the same way).
I tried calling customer support, but they gave me a sob story about not being able to accept the return because the warehouse would see that itâs a sale item and not eligible for a return. My husband tried calling them and talking to the customer service manager, only to get the same response.

Entgegen der vielen schlechten Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice muss ich hier ein Lob aussprechen. Durch einen nachtrÀglich nicht mehr nachvollziehbaren Fehler wurde meine Retoure wieder zurÃŒck an den Paketshop zugestellt, an den ich das Paket ursprÃŒnglich hatte schicken lassen. Dort lag das Paket dann fast 2 Monate, bis ich ein anderes Paket dort abgeholt habe und die Angestellte bei DHL mir die Retoure wieder mit ausgehÀndigt hat. Die Retourenfrist war natÃŒrlich schon lÀngst ÃŒberschritten, sodass ich erst einmal die BefÃŒrchtung hatte, auf der Ware im Wert von 677 Euro sitzen zu bleiben. Ich hatte dann zweimal mit dem Kundenservice telefoniert und beide Male waren die beiden Herren ÀuÃerst hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Auch die Kommunikation per Mail war sehr gut, sodass ich schnell mein Geld wieder zurÃŒckerstattet bekommen habe. Vielen Dank dafÃŒr!

Sell faulty items
Bought a pair of earrings & ring in store when in Edinburgh. When I got back home (160 miles away) and tried to open the earrings to remove from the card one was stuck and did not open at all.
Emailed customer service who sent a standard not interested response and told me to return to the store - evidently unwilling to resolve the issue but happy enough to take payment for faulty items.

Jeg har kÞbt et par sorte jeans til 790 kr. i butikken i à rhus. Efter fÞrste vask (vasket efter vaskeanvisning), er farven ikke blot voldsomt falmet, men også helt krakeleret og stribet. Bukserne er Þdelagte. Da jeg henvender mig i butikken siger de at de godt kan se det og beklager, men ikke kan gÞre noget ved det. Ekspedienten siger endda at hun har selv har haft de samme bukser, og oplevede det samme. Jeg udtrykker min skuffelse over at have spildt 790 kr. og at de intet gÞr for at imÞdekomme min dårlige oplevelse eller erstatte mit dårlige kÞb. Jeg har kÞbt meget tÞj i butikken igennem tiden, og anbefalet butikken til flere. Det er slut efter denne oplevelse.
WORN shoes received & the worst customer service
I ordered the Strappy Block Heel Sandals (size 41, Orange) for â¬99 and received what can only be described as a used pair of shoes. The shoe box arrived damaged and taped up multiple times, already not what you expect at this price point. But far worse: the shoes themselves had clearly been worn by someone else. There was a visible foot imprint in the footbed and an unpleasant odour.
I contacted customer service, who told me to return the shoes using a return code and wait for the warehouse to âevaluateâ whether my complaint was valid. When I pushed back, pointing out that I had done nothing wrong and should not be burdened with resolving a mistake that was entirely theirs, I was told, in a single dismissive line, that their colleagueâs response stood and that was that. No name, no accountability, no willingness to engage.
Paying â¬99 for a pair of shoes and receiving something used, only to then be stonewalled by customer service, is not acceptable. I expected far better from a brand that positions itself as premium. Never again buying anything from this brand.
Buyer beware.

The worst customer service & delivery
I love the clothes from here and the quality is always lovely, however, the delivery and customer service is APPALLING. I have ordered from here 4 times and there is always a problem, 2 of the times it didn't come, and the other two were massively delayed, one of which wasn't even sent to my house they sent it to a post office! Such a shame - considering the price point the customer service should be better than it is. I won't be ordering again, if i make my way to London I will buy something in store, but the stress isn't worth getting it delivered!

I purchased an item online that was on sale. I did get a notification in my cart that the item was considered final sale because it was on sale. However, I purchased the winter 2025/26 wool pea coat in size small given the item description as "regular fit". When I received the coat and tried it on, I found that the item was actually really really oversized, so MUCH to big for me. I did contact the company and spoke with a customer service rep, asking for an exchange for a smaller size due to their false advertising of."regular fit". Company would not exchange the item even though it's their false advertisement that led me to order the wrong size for myself. I was offered a 10% discount code instead and it was suggested that I gift or donate the coat that I paid $179 for.

If there was a zero I would have chosen that! I ordered the same item twice now because the first delivery went wrong and now it's gone awry again. No explanation as to why just a refund. I definitely won't be ordering from them again - in this day and age of e-commerce it's just not acceptable to get it this wrong!

Was worried due to bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Received delivery details regularly via email and collected my parcel within 5 working days. Received a text on the collection day and everything was nicely wrapped. I was happy with both the service, delivery and products as well.

Low quality clothes
I purchased a jumper for £77 in the Liverpool store. At that price point I expected the jumper to last more than a few days. Unfortunately the jumper bobbled after a couple of days wear and looked awful. I live in Wales so contacted customer service and requested a refund and offered to return the jumper via post. They told me I had to drive 2 hours to return the jumper in store, despite receiving photos and recognising a fault with the jumper. I had an awful experience with customer services and feel like & other stories have robbed me. I used to love & other stories but unfortunately the quality of their clothes has really gone downhill and aren't made to last, but they are still expecting premium prices. This isn't a sustainable company as their clothes will end up in landfill after a few days/ weeks (months if you're lucky) and they don't care about their customers.
