Poor customer service and warehouse issue
For several months I have been trying to liaise with this company to identify a package and return it to me which was confirmed as having been delivered to their warehouse by the courier and evidence provided. I have constantly had to chase them up, received responses which were time wasting as they had blatantly not read the email or case correctly, resulting in them shutting the case as their warehouse just said they didnât have the package leaving me at a financial loss as a result. They would not liaise with the courier company who were really supportive in trying to resolve. Iâve unfortunately shopped here for a few years but after this experience will not use them again or recommend them. Not once was my concern escalated or recognised as a formal complaint despite me asking numerous times for it to be done.

Bad service. I ordered a sweater and it was completely covered in hairs, then I contacted they're costumer service and the only option was to send it back but the sweater had already sold out so they're options of compensation really really LACK.

Although the delivery was delayed by a day or two due to the courier (InPost), this was not the storeâs fault. The sweater arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly, and Iâm genuinely pleased with my purchase.

Really wishing Iâd read these reviews first. I use H and M all the time and their customer service is brilliant⊠ordered a jumper, the one they sent was cropped so I returned it. I spoke to what I think must have been a chatbot online about the return, but they didnât make much sense and couldnât give me any useful answers so I returned it using the label. Three weeks later Iâve heard nothing from them- not even an email saying they have received my item. They donât reply to emails. Just terrible, terrible customer service. Donât use.
Be careful with your cash
I placed an order, but after they confirmed it and took my money, everything went very quiet.
A month on, I'd heard absolutely nothing so got in touch with them. They cited problems in their warehouse, said they couldn't supply the item and refunded my money.

My order took a very long time to arrive, later than the long period stated. The coat was no longer needed and also very big despite being XS. When I returned it they had they charged me £3 return fee! So think twice before ordering here.

Ved kÞb af en jakke til over 2000 kr som inden for en måned går i stykker rettes der henvendelse til nÊrmeste butik på StrÞget. Her fortÊller ekspedienten, at fordi jakken er kÞbt på deres hjemmeside, og ikke i butikken, kan de ikke hjÊlpe. Det var endda dem, der anbefalede at kÞbe jakken på hjemmesiden i fÞrste omgang, da de ikke havde den hjemme. Der er altså ikke samme service afhÊngigt af, om man handler hos jer fysisk eller online?

Was sent the incorrect item by this company over a month ago which I sent back the day I received it, was promised my refund by the 19th of January and still have not received it. Do not waste your time ordering from them, I should have trusted my gut when I saw all the bad reviews initially. Customer service team have not been supportive, January is a rough month for people and I just want my money back ? I really like this company and have good experiences in store but this has turned me off. I certainly wonât be ordering from their website ever again lol

Shocking, abysmal company to deal withâŠorder took ages to ship, only to be sent to an inpost locker instead of being shipped to my home. No longer required as they were for Christmas, Advised by customer services to not collect and it would be returned to them. One month, multiple calls later and still no refund or updates. Nach unzÀhligen Kontakten und E-Mails, der Zusendung sÀmtlicher Nachweise (Zahlung, Bestellung, RÌcksendung) sowie mehrfachen Versprechen, dass es sich nur noch um wenige Tage handeln wÌrde, erhielt ich gestern die letzte Antwort der Service-Hotline:
âEs tut mir leid, Sie werden keine RÃŒckerstattung erhalten. Tun Sie, was immer Sie möchten.â
Ein solches Verhalten ist inakzeptabel. Solche Unternehmen sollten vom Markt entfernt werden, da hier offenbar bewusst darauf gesetzt wird, Kundinnen und Kunden finanziell zu schÀdigen. Offenbar wird kalkuliert, dass sich kaum jemand wegen 100â200 ⬠einen Rechtsanwalt nimmt â und genau darauf baut dieses GeschÀftsmodell auf.

I will NEVER order anything from this company again. I ordered a $130 bag for a Christmas present on December 19th. The tracking has updated ONE time since, on December 23rd. Itâs now December 30th, and there have been zero updates to tracking (mind you, this package is going from NJ to VT, not overseas). I would expect this kind of service ordering a $10 package from Shein, not an expensive bag. All the recipient wanted was to have it for NYE but that ship has sadly sailed. Every customer service representative for this company has offered no additional help and has just regurgitated the same information I am privy to on the tracking. Save yourself the time and stress and order from literally any other store.

My order I placed on 26/12/25 at 23:06 and shortly after placing the order, I realised that there was a minor error in the email address provided( itâs written hmail instead of Gmail, they are literally nest to each other on the keyboard). As the order was placed late at night, it was not possible to contact customer service within the stated 15-minute amendment window. I contacted customer service the very next morning in good faith, expecting a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, I was informed that nothing could be done due to company policy, without any consideration for the circumstances. I find it unreasonable that a rigid 15-minute rule applies even when an order is placed outside of customer service operating hours. More concerning was the interaction I had with MARIA on 27/12/25 at 10:35. During this call no attempt was made to correct the email address, no complaint was submitted on my behalf, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which left me feeling blamed rather than supported. I was explicitly told that the situation was my fault, which I found upsetting and inappropriate. Customer service should aim to assist customers, not alienate themâespecially when the issue was reported promptly. I am requesting a correction of the email address associated with my order (if still possible). I have always appreciated your in-store experience, but this online customer service interaction has been deeply disappointing. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and handled with the professionalism expected from your brand. I will recommend you to save yourself some stress and donât shop online from & other stories.
They sent me the wrong product and did not refund me!
I had a very disappointing experience with this business. They sent me an incorrect item, and when I returned the products, they failed to refund me correctly, reimbursing only one piece instead of the full order.
What makes this worse is that I contacted customer service twice, once by phone and once by email, clearly explaining the issue. Both attempts were completely ignored. As a result, Iâm being asked to pay for their shipping mistake, which is unacceptable. I also should not be responsible for return costs caused by their error.
Because of the lack of response and accountability, I am prepared to escalate it further to consumer protection authorities if necessary.
Poor customer service, incorrect refund handling, and zero follow-up. I would not recommend ordering here unless youâre prepared to fight to get your money back.

Overordnet en god oplevelse, men med nogle betÊnkligheder. Jeg havde netop kÞrt mit kort igennem ved en online bestilling under black friday på en taske med 20% på, da jeg så anmeldelserne herinde og blev lidt betÊnkelig. Jeg kiggede efter email bekrÊftigelse som aldrig kom, men heldigvis fik jeg lavet en bruger på deres webside så jeg kunne se at jeg havde kÞbt tasken. Pengene var heldivis heller ikke trukket eller noget. Jeg skrev efter en uges tid om de havde set min bestilling gennem deres kundechat og sendte screenshot af mit ordrenummer fra min profil på websiden. Efter lidt skriveri frem og tilbage fandt vi ud af at der var sket en form for teknisk fejl ved min bestilling og jeg skulle derfor kÞbe tasken igen. Her var tasken ikke med rabat, men kundeservice sagde at de ville overfÞre det resterende belÞb i den oprindelige rabat tilbage ved en overfÞrsel til min bankkonto. Jeg valgte at stole på dem, og gjorde derpå som de sagde. Leveringen var lidt langsom, men kom da efter 1-2 uger. Jeg fik også de resterende belÞb på min konto. Så alt i alt gik det jo godt, men det virker til at der er noget teknisk og service mÊssigt der i den grad kunne forbedres, hvorfor jeg desvÊrre ikke kan give mere end 3 stjerner i denne omgang. Men selve tasken jeg kÞbte er i god kvalitet og pengene vÊrd, så det er rigtig positivt.
Appalling service, both Customer and online
Placed an order on line for delivery before Christmas received an email saying thank you for your order and that was all the correspondence I got.
Chased the item 6 days later only to be told it will be delivered on the December 28th!
Asked to cancel the order but the call centre staff said they are unable to do so as there is only a few minutes window from placing the order to being allowed to cancel it. This is very poor practice.
And they use Evri for delivery and this company need to be avoided at all costs

Terrible! Do not order online! Useless customer service. Ordered online for delivery to home address. Suddenly it was shown as updated for delivery to pick up address not even local to me. Contacted customer service by chat and phone and told nothing they can do! Have to wait for item to be delivered in like 6 days and wait another 3 days if not collected before item will be returned for refund. Thatâs over 20 days since they took my money and no guarantee how long it would take to refund! Will not be shopping here anymore!
