Donât Order if you need it by a certain date
I ordered presents and my xmas dress from the delivery date was between 18 and the 22, so I put the address of the place where I am going to spend Xmas. The parcel no only has not been delivered but every time I contact them they tell me something different first time was going to be delivered the 22nd yes or yes, then Seur has it but they have not delivered it, we donât know why. so I contacted Seur and they told me
they have yet not received anything from Other stories.. so now is with DPD.. and it is going to be delivered to Spain!! They just keep making things up and not offering a real solution. Never buy online with them!! Customer Support is useless!!!and meanwhile no presenta or xmas dress for me

Compré un abrigo online, 3 semanas en recibirlo. Un producto de 200â¬, cuando compro en Zara tarda 1 dÃa. El abrigo me quedaba grande, asà que tuve que devolverlo, NO se puede devolver en tienda, asà que te cobran 4⬠, como por horarios me iba complicado llevarlo a un punto de envÃo, solicito recogida a domicilio, 5 dÃas después de solicitarlo sigo esperando que vengan a por el paquete. PENOSO y vergonzoso, con estos tiempos, por supuesto entiendo que la devolución me llegará 4 meses después si no ponen problemas. No compréis aquÃ, hay muchas otras tiendas que se preocupan de forma profesional del proceso en pro del consumidor.

Jeg liker designet på klÊrne her, men kvaliteten har dessverre vÊrt skuffende. En svart dressbukse fikk mye nupper etter få gangers bruk, og en svart kjole i 100 % merinoull til 1 400 kr var svÊrt slitt allerede etter to gangers bruk.
Da jeg tok dette opp i butikken, fikk jeg beskjed om at dette var normal slitasje, og reklamasjon ble ikke tatt imot. Etter min mening er dette ikke akseptabel kvalitet i denne prisklassen. På grunn av dette kommer jeg ikke til å handle her igjen.

My experience with online shopping and their customer service was absolutely dreadful. Hours spent on pointless phone calls. Nobody at this company follows through on their promises which are just lies to end the call. It cost me in terms of time and ££ and I will never buy from them again. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced from any company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I wish I read trustpilot reviews before I ordered
I received notification that my order had been shipped the day after I placed my order as well as an estimated delivery date. This date came and went. When I contacted the âcustomer helplineâ ð€£ð€£ I was told I had to wait another 4 days before they could contact the courier to investigate my case. I had positive in-store experiences the complete opposite online experience.

The early sale is a total scam, as the site is not able to handle the traffic. The site is not loading at all & hours later, everything is sold out. Donât do early sales, if your site canât handle it. Being part of a huge company like h&m and having a webshop worse than any small business, outright embarrassing.

Appalling! I ordered a skirt and the delivery time was stated as 5-7 days. After 7 days I contacted the carrier - they hadn't even shipped it! When I rang their customer 'service' a woman tried to tell me that 7 working days meant a date that was actually 14 days. I asked them to send me a replacement and they refused. Will never use again

VERY BAD DELIVERY POLICY
When I ordered a product I placed the name and delivery address in the order, I paid by Paypal which put my address on the confirmation but when I received the confirmation order from & Other Stories the delivery address was an InPost Shop not my daughter's address. I rang the company, the first time I was left hanging for 10 minutes by a customer service person and then the call dropped out and on the second call I made I was told that the address had been changed automatically and she couldn't do anything about it. So now my daughter has to go and collect the item herself when she has a new baby and is working from home. Thanks & Other Stories. At least they said they would refund the delivery cost but that is not the point. When I give a delivery address and I'm asked for a delivery charge, I expect it to be delivered!!!
UPDATE: I placed the order on 1st December and was told it would be delivered by 10/11th December. It is now 11th December and it hasn't even reached the delivery company yet. Disgraceful. This company shouldn't be allowed to exist even though it's supposed to be owned by H&M.

Ich bestelle seit Jahren bei & Other Stories und habe noch nie einen so verwirrenden und unehrlichen Kundenservice erlebt.
Beim Black-Friday-Sale wurde mir bei mehreren Artikeln im Warenkorb eindeutig ein zusÀtzlicher âExtra â20 %â-Rabatt angezeigt. Genau so steht es auch in der Shop-Beschreibung: Der Rabatt wird an der Kasse abgezogen.
Im Checkout wurde dieser Rabatt jedoch plötzlich NICHT mehr angewendet.
Der Endpreis entsprach exakt dem alten Sale-Preis â der zusÀtzliche Rabatt fehlte komplett.
Mehrere Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice behaupteten daraufhin Dinge, die mathematisch und faktisch nicht stimmen.
Es wurden mir âzusÀtzliche AbzÃŒgeâ erfunden, die in meiner BestellÃŒbersicht schlicht nicht existieren.
Die Zeile âKampagneâ zeigt klar: 0 â¬.
Anstatt den offensichtlichen Fehler zu korrigieren, habe ich von drei verschiedenen Personen drei verschiedene falsche ErklÀrungen bekommen.
Das wirkt weder professionell noch kundenorientiert.
Ich erwarte im Jahr 2025, dass ein Unternehmen
1. korrekte Preisangaben macht,
2. Rabatte so abzieht, wie sie beworben werden, und
3. dass der Kundenservice wenigstens die BestellÃŒbersicht richtig liest.
So verliert man Kundinnen.
