PÃ¥ trods af dette, kan kundeservice ikke bekrÊfte at de har modtaget min retur, ogsÃ¥ selvom jeg har oplyst alle tÊnkelige oplysninger omkring min ordrer, pakkenumre mm. Om jeg nogensinde fÃ¥r mine penge retur, er et mysterie deres kundeservice ikke kan hjÊlpe med at svare pÃ¥. Det kan ikke vÊre rigtigt at det skal tage flere måneder at få sine penge retur, når man kan se at de har modtaget returen. Jeg har aldrig oplevet noget lignende! Jeg bestiller ALDRIG fra dem igen og jeg vil virkelig fraråde andre at bestille fra deres webshop.

Realice un pedido a través de h&m y la experiencia fue pésima. Nunca recibà el producto, en ningún momento se me notificó que no lo fuera a recibir y 20 dÃas después recibà un email en el que directamente se notificaba el reembolso del dinero. No lo recomiendo en absoluto ya que no se trata de una excepción sino que es un problema que se repite con frecuencia
Two Orders Failed, Parcel Recalled, Zero Communication
Ordered twice in early November. Both orders failed completely.
First order: confirmed as complete, then cancelled without any notification. Only found out weeks later when I chased.
Second order: payment taken, two weeks of silence. Finally told it was âon its wayâ on 19th Nov. Then & Other Stories requested the courier return it on 21st Nov (visible on tracking). Refunded without explanation.
Iâd explicitly requested NO refund and needed items for work. They ignored my instructions completely and did the opposite.
Customer service offered 20% off â but only for online orders. Why would I order online again after two failures?
Reviewing other recent reviews here, Iâm clearly not alone. Pattern of failed deliveries, poor communication, inadequate service.
Itâs deeply disappointing to see consistent negative reviews going back months with the same issues. They keep failing customers yet nothing improves. Iâve completely lost trust in this brand and will not shop with them again.
Avoid online shopping with this brand. Physical stores only if you must.

They are extremely slow.
You pay for every delivery and it always takes much longer than any other large retailer.
To return an item you pay as well but on top of that youâll wait forever to get your money back. I had to call their costumer service 3 times already. They are nice and try to help you but definitely their system is really inefficient. Being part of the same group as H&M, and considering that &otherstories is generally much more expensive, H&M offers a service 100 times better than they do.

0/10 rating. And other stories has corrupted technology systems you can expect wrong sizes to be sent with you. I was sent a wrong size 3 times for the same item, following promises I would be sent the correct size. Time wasted spent arguing via email with customer service and shipping back returns, just to be made a fool again and again by being sent the wrong size! They offered me nothing to compensate for my horrific experience, and said claimed my situation has been resolved already. No refund has been made yet. They told me to order 2 different sizes in hope I get the right one lol!

I placed an order for two items on October 11, and today, October 23, I still havenât received anything.
The tracking shows that the package was handed over to Instabox on October 16 at 14:15, but there has been no movement since then.
Iâve contacted customer service three times asking them to investigate or send a replacement, but I keep being told to âwait a little longer.â Very disappointing experience so far.

Mir ist leider das gleiche wie so einigen hier passiert.
Ich habe inzwischen mehrfach schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice von & Other Stories gemacht.
Bei einer Reklamation habe ich den Sendungsbeleg mit Trackingnummer nachweislich eingereicht â laut DHL wurde das Paket zugestellt. Trotzdem weigert sich & Other Stories, den Betrag zu erstatten, mit der BegrÃŒndung, man habe intern beschlossen, âkeine weiteren fehlenden RÃŒcksendungenâ mehr zu erstatten.
Das ist rechtlich nicht zulÀssig:
Sobald der Verbraucher den Versand und die Zustellung nachweisen kann, liegt das Risiko beim HÀndler (§§ 355, 357 BGB).
Eine interne Entscheidung Àndert daran nichts.
Auf jede meiner sachlichen Nachrichten kommt nur eine standardisierte Textbaustein-Antwort, ohne auf den konkreten Fall oder den Nachweis einzugehen.
Das wirkt, als wolle man Kunden systematisch entmutigen, ihr Recht auf RÃŒckerstattung einzufordern.

I would give 0* if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service on the phone number provided. Truly awful. Representatives have children crying in the background when answering calls, English is poor and they put the phone down on you when they don't want to deal with the call. I have tried to call the store to speak to them about my query and you cannot call a store in the UK either. Thought this was a good brand - will never purchase from them again.

Leider hat die QualitÀt Ìber die Jahre drastisch abgenommen. Ich habe vor kurzem einen Pullover in maulwurfsbraun bestellt. Ca 70% Baumwolle und reine Wolle, Rest Polyester. Was soll ich sagen. Nach zwei Stunden Tragen war der Pullover voll mit schlimmsten Pilling, ich habe mich so geschÀmt als ich den Pullover im Restaurant ausgezogen habe! Das Ding landet so wie es ist in der Recyclingtonne. Das war mein letzter Einkauf bei &otherstories.

Desastre respecto a información en polÃticas y plazos de envÃo, que además te los cobran. Esta vez no podéis echar la culpa a SEUR, que ha mejorado bastante, ni tampoco a que el almacén esté en PaÃses Bajos, puesto que desde China llegan más pronto las cosas que desde allÃ. Atención telefónica pésima, te despachan con la misma información que puedes ver tú mismo en el mail de confirmación. Quiero exceptuar de este comentario negativo la fantástica atención que me prestó Alfonso, la persona que me atendió el dÃa 17 de octubre por teléfono. Tienen suerte de contar con él en la empresa. Ojalá algún dÃa trabaje en un sitio donde valoren como es debido su profesionalidad.
Horrible company
I ordered a jumper and there was enough time from the date of placing my order to delivery, before I travel abroad. However, days passed and my order was not dispatched. I emailed 3 times before I had an answer from someone, ignoring my questions about delays and the fact that I traveled abroad soon ( I gave them exact day). When I kept insisting to tell me why it was delayed- I was told they were busy with their orders! I explained this was going to arrive after I leave, but they did not care much. The most useless customer service ever, because they donât even bother to read emails properly. Then they refunded my shipping fee, measly £3 and something as âan apologyâ. Never mind the order was delayed and I am not going to be there. And I was planning to take this jumper with me in my travel.
Luckily I put my work address, so I asked my colleague to keep it for me. When I came back, opened the package, it was such a disappointment. Difference in the colour, no shape, sleeves too long and too tight around my waist. Then I saw they charge you to return it ð. Horrible company, I would never order from them any more.

Ok on the whole but be warned - refunds are SO SLOW. Went beyond their 14 day policy and had to chase twice. Got no updates along the way. Worst returns experience Iâve had in ages and itâs put me off ordering anything else online.
