scam company!
I have never experienced such hopeless and incompetent customer service. For 3 months they have postponed a case about a pair of trousers that fell apart the first time in the wash. Every time I have asked how long the case is, they have again asked for pictures - I ended up sending the pictures 4 times. until today they come up with an answer that they could have given 3 months ago. Since I no longer have the receipt for the trousers (new style from spring) they ask for a bank transaction - they get this and yet they can't use it. They are just wasting time! I really do not recommend doing business with or supporting this company - they completely do not care about their customers!
Liverpool visit
I had been visiting Liverpool with friends and bought a lovely bracelet from the store. Staff and store were great. I returned home to Belfast and two days later the bracelet had broken. I had emailed customer services but was told to address it for an exchange or refund I would need to revisit the store. Given that this is an online store also it is very disappointing that this is the only option available but even more disappointing is the quality of the product.

Hoy visité &other stories en Madrid calle Hermosilla. Me disculpo si la empresa trata a sus empleados como una persona allà me trató a mÃ. Porque el trato fue tan feo que sentà pena, lástima y vergÃŒenza.
Mi sobrina vive en Londres y lleva una falda de ustedes. Me acerqué de buena fe a la tienda. Es verano. Pregunté por ropa de verano y se me espetó con malos modos un aquà no hay rebajas nunca si pregunta por las rebajas.
Una mirada que no pude ver porque era la mÃa aunque les aseguro que serÃa de pena profunda, hizo que se me indicara algo como que habÃa ropa de verano en todas partes y también abajo.
Recorrà la tienda que nunca hace rebajas y me propuse estudiar la legislación sobre rebajas en el derecho español y en el derecho británico que ya saben ustedes se caracteriza porque aspectos esenciales no están escritos.
Qué pena, qué lástima, qué dolor.
No volveré más a su tienda. Contaré mi experiencia y recibirán la correspondiente reclamación por los cauces administrativos de la Comunidad de Madrid.
Es verdad que por otra parte habÃa luego en la tienda quienes fueron amables. La pena es esa primera impresión que me heló la sangre una tarde de verano.
No es nada personal y por eso no pedà el libro de reclamaciones. Por eso y porque no me gusta que me hagan la pelota. Ojalá que quien asà me trató no tenga problemas serios, con la empresa que ustedes dirigen o con la vida.
Non payment of refund due
I bought two dresses online in June. They didnt work so I returned them both on the same day, in separate packages. I received a refund for one of the dresses fairly quickly. I then received confirmation of the 2nd return two weeks later with a refund notice of â¬76. In fact â¬7 was returned. They are insistent the full amount was refunded. I have even sent them a copy of my bank statement to show the actual amount refunded. They've now gone silent!

Faulty Product and No Customer Support
Iâm extremely disappointed. I recently purchased a dark red suede bag from &Other Stories, and unfortunately, the color rubbed off onto two pairs of my white pants â both on the hip area (while wearing the bag on my shoulder) and even on the knee (when simply holding it by hand while walking). Despite immediate washing, the stains did not come out, and both pairs of pants are now ruined. I consider this a faulty product, as dye transfer to this extent is unacceptable. I reached out to the customer service team 6 days ago with a complaint and a request to resolve the matter, but was completely ignored. This is not only poor customer service, but a violation of basic consumer protection laws. I expect better accountability and support from a brand like &Other Stories. This experience has been very disappointing.

Ich habe 7 Artikel bestellt, aber mit groÃem Schock nur einen einzigen Artikel im Paket vorgefunden. Sofort habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und gemeldet, dass offenbar ein groÃer Teil meiner Bestellung fehlt.
Die Reaktion war absolut unprofessionell: Man war nicht bereit, den Vorfall ernst zu nehmen und behauptete, das könne nicht sein, weil das Paket laut Versandgewicht vollstÀndig gewesen sei. Dabei war kein Lieferschein im Paket enthalten, was bei einem seriösen Versandhandel absolut inakzeptabel ist.
Bis heute habe ich weder eine RÃŒckerstattung erhalten, noch irgendeine Lösung, obwohl es um einen Betrag von rund 500â¯Euro geht. Es wurde mir deutlich gemacht, dass man mir nicht glaubt. Das ist wirklich enttÀuschend und respektlos.
Ich habe noch nie zuvor eine so schlechte und gleichgÃŒltige Behandlung durch einen Online-Shop erlebt. FÃŒr mich ist das klarer Betrug. Nie wieder & Other Stories.

Ich kann die ganzen negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice nicht bestÀtigen. Ich habe 2 Shirts bestellt, irrtÌmlicherweise gedacht, sie wÀren noch im sale, leider an dem Tag nicht mehr im sale gewesen. Kundenservice hat mir freundlich und schnell geantwortet. Am Preis konnten sie dann nichts machen. Als die Shirts kamen, war ich etwas verwundert, dass sie laut Preisschild mit 22 Euro ausgezeichnet waren (soviel hÀtten sie im sale gekostet), mir aber 32 Euro (online angegebener ursprÌnglicher Preis) berechnet wurden. Habe mich dann abermals an den Kundenservice gewendet, mit Fotos der Preisschilder. Kurz darauf Antwort und Anpassung des Preises. Alles in allem keine schlechte Erfahrung, wobei mich der Preisunterschied online und im GeschÀft doch etwas gewundert hat.

Dreadful. Ordered a dress, paid £4 for home delivery, instead of delivering to my home they sent it to an inpost locker 100 miles away from my home.
Say I need to wait for a refund, canât say how long.
This is probably against some kind of consumer law. Will dispute this.

Ik bestel hier best vaak en ik heb nooit problemen gehad met niks. Klantenservice is altijd goed bereikbaar en stuurt zelfs een kortingscode wanneer een pakket niet binnen 2 dagen verstuurd wordt door beschikbaarheid. Ik vind other stories juist een aanrader.
Poor service and lack of communication
Parcel was 'refused' by In-Post because the parcel was damaged. They told me it'll be 14 days before I get a refund. Said I could re-order the items but they are all sold out as they were in the sale. Offered me 20% off but the sale is 20% off anyway so it's pointless. Customer service chat was good but no email address to file a complaint.
Shocking service
Shocking service. Impossible to use a gift card in store due to lack of sizing options and no way of using online or getting a refund. They have no escalation or complaints process- I would avoid this company! For the price, there should be better support.
Extremely poor return experience â still unresolved after 4 weeks
âm from Croatia, where & Other Stories unfortunately has no physical stores, so I rely entirely on their online service. I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be too small and initiated a return over four weeks ago. Since then, the parcel has still not been picked up.
I have contacted customer service four times and sent multiple emails. Each time, I was asked for the same information (order number, return reference, address) and was promised that the issue would be escalated with Overseas, the courier responsible for the pickup. Yet nothing has happened.
To make things worse, I even ordered the shoes in a larger size in the meantime â which also didnât fit â and now Iâm stuck with two pairs that I need to return, with zero support from the brand.
I have been patient and understanding, but this is simply unacceptable. A full month has passed, and & Other Stories has still not managed to arrange a basic return collection. For a brand positioned as premium, this level of service is beyond disappointing. I am honestly exhausted and out of options.
If you're ordering from a country without physical stores, be very cautious â the return process might turn into a long, unresolved nightmare.
They lost my order, donât buy from them!
I ordered a top more than 2 weeks ago. No sign of delivery. Contacted customer service but they said they canât find my order in their system. I can definitely see my order details in my Other Stories account. They didnât resolve it, just kept saying they canât find my order. Waste of time and money. Never order from them again!
Delivery may take longer than 2 weeks and can't be tracked
Placed two orders on 30 June - website states delivery within 3-5 days - one delivery was received within the time frame but no trace of the second and it has been two weeks - I had to return a couple of items and I fear the refund may take a very long time and/or hassle ... I like the clothes but the service is not reliable enough as there is no way of knowing when the parcel will appear either via tracking or through customer service
Vorsicht-Betrug
Ich habe im Januar 2025 mein Kundenkonto gelöscht, da ich bei der letzten RÌcksendung nur Probleme hatte und ich darauf beschlossen habe, dass ich hier nicht mehr bestellen werde.
Allerdings musste ich danach leider feststellen, dass bereits bestellte Artikel zu reklamieren sind. Ich habe mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen, der mir darauf mitteilte, die Artikel zurÌckzuschicken. Dies habe ich dann gemacht. Nachdem ich Ìber 3 Wochen keinerlei Info erhalten habe, habe ich erneut mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen. Dieser benötigte alle Unterlagen sowie den Einlieferungsbeleg. Ich habe alle Unterlagen zur VerfÌgung gestellt. Nun wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund der Kontenlöschung keine Gutschrift/Erstattung möglich ist, ach ja, die 3 Artikel im Wert von 320 ⬠wurde auch behalten!!
