Along with all the other reviews I have seen, this company should not be allowed to continue advertising and selling these shoes. The shoes are nothing like the ones advertised - cheap and shoddy. When you ask to return the shoes they offer you a £10 refund and when you refuse that they start saying they want money to return the shoes and on previous reviews I don't think you ever will get your money back. I believe they have come from China although on their website they mention Dagenham!! Hope someone stops these people trading.

Had a look at trustpilot too late and had already ordered the shoes. Tried to resolve with PayPal to no avail. They aren’t fit for purpose. At least I can laugh about it! You have to there is no way I am going to get my money back.

Poor quality shoes and then three months trying to get a refund. This company are a nightmare. Do not purchase anything from them - they are shoddy, incompetent and will try everything to keep your money instead of giving a refund as promised on their website. Save yourself hours or stress and frustration - shop somewhere else.

What a joke!
Poor lady at the Dagenham address gets bombarded with shoes being returned.
Awful customer service, poor quality shoes, how they are getting away with this is beyond me. I hope Trading Standards do get involved as this is a disgrace. I’ve ticked the box so Stridepure can see my review, not that they will care, as I’ve tried numbers times to get some help.

This company is not to be trusted. Selling footwear supposedly orthopaedic which they are clearly not and the quality is poor. Outrageous fast shipping charge and it took 10 days for shipping.

Oh my god wish I had read these reviews before I bought from this company . For a start shoes were not leather but that was expected really at the price .They are no more orthapedic than my plastic flip flops . Too wide for me so I need a refund and like lots of people is not forthcoming .They as we know offer a refund Disgraceful company .They want me to accept £10....then £14 e mails going back and forth ..the shoes were £37.99 .The address in Dagenham is just a normal house .I realise I am putting myself at risk now with this bad review but StridePure if and when you read this do the right thing by taking my shoes back and quickly issuing my full refund . .I will then give another review which hopefully can be good .I will not let this lie I have a bee in my bonnet now so watch out .There will be more I am not giving in ...Trading Standards next It looks like all you poor people they do not read these reviews so my comments to them will not likely be read.Watch this space .

Wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing as they are much more reliable than ones posted by companies themselves. Slippers definitely NOT orthotic. False representation. Bendy sole, no all 'round support at all. The front of the slipper resembles a huge animal's foot. Lesson learnt. Don't buy.

I bought on this website thinking that they were a legitimate company helping people with orthopaedic foot problems. The shoes are bendy, have no support in either the toe well or heel. By all means sell your shoes as cheap summer knock offs, but as a consumer already trying to find shoes to support your problems, the last thing we need is a shoe that says it does everything and then does nothing! What a scam!

Absolute disgrace - do not order from here. I wanted to cancel my order after I hadn’t received an email a week later to notify me that the shoes had been sent so I emailed to cancel the order but 2 hours later (in the middle of the night) I had an email to apologise but they couldn’t cancel my order as it had been shipped. I tried ringing, I heard a recorded message saying that this was a personal number that StridePure had put on their website. It has since disappeared off the website. Anyway apparently the goods were delivered yesterday - they were not. Not on my doorstep as claimed. I have informed my bank who are dealing with it

DO NOT SHOP WITH Stride Pure - they have scammed me since I returned items to them in early June and despite multiple emails and promises that my refund will be processed, I have still received nothing.

They are stringing me along constantly and I am owed a fair sized refund .

DO NOT shop with them, unless you are prepared not to be refunded for any returns. Their customer service is awful.

Stridepure is using my personal phone number as its contact number. I have 2 or 3 unwanted calls a day. My Voicemail is blocked by the number of "stridepure" callers. Please get them to remove my number from their website. Thank you so much.

It's a shame I have to give this company 1 star as their service is disgraceful. The shoes I ordered for my wife were not fit for purpose and it has taken 6 weeks to get a partial refund. Their initial offer was to keep the shoes and take £5 instead of £78 full refund. After many emails I finally returned the shoes and a agreed a £60 refund. A far better return than othrrs have achieved but I wish I'd read reviews before ordering from them. My advice would be to avoid at all costs!

I don't have any faith in this company. I placed an order on the 1st July 2025, and I have not yet had any confirmation of dispatch or delivery, given that their website shows a 1 to 2 day delivery for UK. I have sent an email through their website contact form, to which they have not replied. Again their policy states they will respond within 24 hours but they haven't. I have tried the contact number on the website, it rings then goes to voicemail stating if you're trying to ring Stridepure, contact the personal number...but there isn't an alternative number on the recording or anywhere else. I shall be seeking a refund from my bank as it is 4 days beyond their own terms of delivery and they haven't even got the decency to respond to correspondence.

This company can improve by closing down!! Absolute disgrace. Giving Chinese companies a bad name. Poor quality and badly Made shoes. All the reviews show customers suffer from same bad practice. No obvious return details and as for a refund, it's like having to bargain with them. No more purchases from China based companies.
Eventually got refund but had to report them to my bank and threaten fraudulent trading.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I brought "orthopaedic" sandals... what a joke! Cheap rubbish that I wouldn't of paid £1.99 for and paid nearly £40. The pictures are really deceiving.. cheap rubbish..avoid at all cost.. wish I had read the reviews first before buying..

Shoes are flimsy, inadequate and definitely not supportive enough for people with Plantar Fasciitis which is why I bought them.These shoes would do more harm than good if I wore them.
Stridepure clearly do not think the consumer laws for buying on-line apply to them and are being awkward about returning and refunding. I wish I had read the other similar reviews before ordering. I hope they will do the right thing so I can amend this review accordingly
