Part fit check when ordering did not work

When I ordered my part, your website confirmed that the part fit my VIN. After my order went out, I was informed that the part did not fit my VIN. I had to cancel part of my order and get a different part suggested, via a seperate order. As a a result my shipping costs went up, since I had 2 seperate orders.

Subaru parts deal reached out to me after my comments. I appreciate that. I should have added a caveat to my original post..... this is the 1st time out of many orders that there has been any issues. My other experiences have all been positive. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

web site is difficult to find parts you cant find them by name or model number
can't search by type of transmission only by poorly labels parts diagrams
customer service or help is non existent takes days to get a response
no way to call and ask a question
shipping was slow and expensive took 10 days to get parts

Had a horrible experience with SubaruPartsDeal

Had a horrible experience with this company. We ordered a part that unfortunately did not match the photos on their site. Asked for a refund and replacement part to be sent, which they originally agreed to and did not follow through with. Paid $50.44 for the original order and was refunded $12.83. Avoid ordering from these guys unless you're 100% sure on the part number.
