Had a horrible experience with SubaruPartsDeal

Had a horrible experience with this company. We ordered a part that unfortunately did not match the photos on their site. Asked for a refund and replacement part to be sent, which they originally agreed to and did not follow through with. Paid $50.44 for the original order and was refunded $12.83. Avoid ordering from these guys unless you're 100% sure on the part number.

I called multiple times 


I called multiple times and left a message to verify that I was ordering the correct part for my car and I never received a call back. Luckily it was the correct part and I didn’t have to go through a return process.
Item arrived quickly and fit my car perfectly.

product was supposed to be "genuine"


product was supposed to be "genuine" Subaru, showed no branding or packaging that would indicate it is OEM Subaru. Looked like a random assortment of gaskets and seals thrown in a bag, in a box.
