I recently needed drain hoses for my SubZero refrigerator and freezer. I was surprised to find the exact part given my unit is 40 years old (still running). Service was quick.

Responsive, communicative and polite service
From the original inquiry about the part to completion all of the communication with the company was perfect. There was a minor shipping issue. I got two packages instead of one. One was an incorrect part and one was the correct part. A pre-paid shipping label was sent as soon as I reported it. I got an apology right away and thanks when I returned it. Incredible in 2025!

Saved my time annd money
Local SubZero service firm wanted 10 days to fix my fridge/freezer. I found the controller board I needed at Subzeroparts. I placed the order and it was quickly shipped. I installed the board and had it up and running in a total of 4 days and at a much lower price than having a pro come out.
