I bought some UBS gold bars from SuisseGold.com in July. I couldn’t find them anywhere else, and I wanted them to add to my collection. I bought a 20 gram UBS bar, a 10 gram UBS bar and a 5 gram UBS bar. I paid with Bitcoin, and the bars were shipped to me 5 days later. The shipping fees were a little bit expensive, but I really liked that I was able to pay with Crypto. I like that this company has some interesting gold and silver bars which you can’t really find anywhere else, and I really like the fact that they accept crypto. I’d recommend the service, and particularly to friends in Europe.

I have bought some small platinum bars for delivery to my country of Spain. They have arrived fast, and the packaging is good.

I bought some gold bars during Covid which I stored with Suisse Gold. They were purchased in mid-2020. After watching the price of gold go up recently, I decided I wanted to keep them in our house instead. I requested delivery from Suisse Gold. I had to pay shipping fees to the UK, but no VAT. My bars arrived in 4 separate parcels, across several days. They were well packaged, and delivered by UPS. I found the whole system easy to use. It was very easy to go onto the website and request delivery. I will continue to buy gold from them, and I have recommended the company to several friends.

Ho acquistato alcuni prodotti nel 2020, il supporto mi ha proposto il free storage, ed ho accettato. La scorsa settimana, andando ad aprire il mio profilo, noto che tutto il mio deposito è stato venduto.

Di questa vendita non ho ricevuto ne il denaro, ne una notifica ai miei contatti.

Il customer care, contattato subito, non ha saputo darmi spiegazioni immediatamente e ci sono voluti 4 giorni ed altrettanti solleciti, per scoprire che il servizio di free storage era solo di un anno, dopo il quale sarebbe stato a pagamento. Al momento della scadenza del periodo gratis, non ho ricevuto nessun tipo di comunicazione o alert, banalmente per chiedermi di pagare il servizi.

Scoperto tutto ora.

Ciò detto, affidabilità bassa, comunicazione inesistente verso i clienti, pessimo marketing e customer care imbarazzante.

Nothing transparent with this website. Steer clear!

A professional, efficient and reliable service. They communicate clearly and quickly. Orders are well packaged and l was informed in advance of delivery.
They also use the Post Office, rather than Evri. So you can be fairly confident you will actually receive your order. This is a good company.

Dishonest and unreliable

I made a purchase on the 28th of February. There was a warning on their website telling that they had 28 days delay because of covid. So I've politely silent until that date, but after the delay expired, no news. The spiral down to hell started. I had to write them dozens of emails asking them to ship my order. So far, more than 10 weeks later I only received 1/4 of my order. They always answer with more excuses, new lies, fake promises, blown deadlines, and worst : new requirements pulled of their hat, not written on their TOS, for winning time with bureaucracy, pretending to be acting while no thing happens, and throwing the ball on the consumer's side. Once this little game is over, still no shipping, for weeks and weeks and weeks. Because they don't have the product! They display it as "in stock", but they don't have it, it's a lie. They use the news as an excuse, they replace covid with Ukraine as a pretext not to do their job. They are just making fun of their consumers and dancing around, while doing I-don't-know-what with our money. They try to look like big players with formulas like "storage department" or "shipping department" (while they are in reality subcontracting, they have nothing, no vault, no package handling, they depend on people even less reliable than them). I'm sick of it. Now I'm taking legal actions against them. Don't buy anything from them or you'll regret it.

UPDATE: As they didn't deliver I asked for a refund at first, as I paid in Bitcoin I wanted the same amount of Bitcoins back. But the price has changed at that time, so they wanted to refund me with the euro equivalent at the time of purchase (hiding behind their Terms of Use), which would make them save money, and ruin me. Now that Bitcoin is plummeting, they contact me back to refund me the same amount of Bitcoins! No longer hiding behind their Terms of Use, it was suddenly possible to be refunded with (cheap) Bitcoins. And ruin me again. This means only one thing, they charge fees for the service of sending gold, but they don't do the job they are paid for, they play trading with your money, withholding it as long as they can make profits at your expenses. Thus be paid twice : despicable and expensive gold reseller, and benefits of assets trading at the risk, time and expenses of their customers.

If you play trading with people's money, you must ask them and share risks and profit. But they don't do it, they take the fees, and all the benefits of trading, putting all the risks ont the customer's back. This is illegal, I go on with my legal claim, and I'm also gonna ask for the authorities to investigate their illegal trading activities.

UPDATE 2: My report to the UK police:
"Hello, I ordered for XXX EUR of gold on February 26th 2022. After endless emails of discussions trying to figure out why the company doesn't ship the product (which was labeled as "in stock" on their website, and still is), I received only XXX EUR (40%) worth of gold, almost 3 months after ordering. I noticed that the company is changing their legal requirements, shipping of goods and payment methods according to the trading market. Therefore I suspect that this online gold reseller website is a frontend for a illegal trading activity. It seems that they charge fees as a normal reseller, but instead of sending the gold they withhold it, as well as the customer's money, as long as they need to make extra benefits on the gold trading market. Without the agreement of the customer, at the risks of the customer. Who's waiting for his goods that he might never see shipped. Without taking any risk on their side, they try to make double profit at the expense of their customers. As the gold market is not in their favor they try now to force me to accept partial refunding with undervalued Bitcoin they bought for cheap, so I cannot buy the same amount of gold elsewhere. They robbed me, and it seems that I'm not the only person in that case. I need to get my gold shipped, and their illegal trading activity with other people'a money needs to be terminated. Indeed some people seem happy with the service, it's only because they bought at a time futures trading markets on gold was favorable to Suisse Gold, so they could ship right away, nothing to do with honesty or professionalism on their behalf.

UPDATE 3: Suissegold has flag my review as "harmful or illegal" after a long while (Knowing that the review was there since the beginning, why wait then? Hoping that delays would discourage me? If so, nice try but wrong, I won't give exposing them.), I missed the deadline to send the documentation to prove the story and its obvious conclusion. I'm ready now to send all the emails to TrustPilot for thirdparty trusted review. Try me.

Bizarre, dès qu'on parle de fiscalité française, on a des réponses qui n'ont rien à voir avec la question...!!! Et votre correspondant se vexe lorsque vous lui faite la remarque 🤣C'est suisse, donc ça cache quelque chose...

Il semble que j’ai fait remonter en vous des ressentiments, dont la colère et la « victimite ». Ce n’était pas mon intention ; je m’excuse de vous avoir perturbé. En fait, je voulais faire part de mon expérience à un large public. Car vous ne vous mettez pas à la place d’un client potentiel qui cherche à valider un site qu’il ne connaît pas, parce qu’il y a moulte intrigues sur internet au sujet de l’or, l’argent… Vous avez préféré réagir via votre ego, ce qui ne regarde que vous. Mais cela met-il le possible client en confiance ? Vous ne m’avez fait aucun tort tant que je n’ai pas passé commande.
Par ailleurs, je comprends qu’en réalité vous n’avez pas compris ma question sur la fiscalité, c’est pour cette raison que vous n’y avez pas répondu en 2 fois : y a-t-il des droits de douane ; devez-vous informer le fisc de mon pays d’une quelconque manière ?

Seit über 2 Jahren bemühe ich mich vergebens an meine Anlage zu kommen. Mehrfach wollte ich die Ware abholen, wurde verschleppt, auf mehrere Aufträge, die Ware zu versenden wird nicht reagiert bzw. wird der Auftrag über Monate verschleppt. Statt dessen erhalte ich mittlerweile eine horende Rechnung über Lagergebühren. Lieber anderswo mehr zahlen als hier einen Totalverlust zu erleiden. Ich stelle Strafanzeige wegen Betrug, Unterschlagung und ungerechtfertigter Bereicherung.

I've read reviews about the company and even though they weren't very encouraging I decided to invest some money by buying bars from them (the ones I wanted were out of stock elsewhere). I wasn't let down. Everything went well. They completed my order in the time they promised upon the purchase. It all took around 5 weeks. I am writing this review to build up confidence and trust. They are a legitimate company and there is no way to fail with the purchase. Contact via mail was also very satisfying. Everything you need is to be patient. If they will have Valcambi bars 50 grams back in stock I will buy from them again.

Attention parfois le délai de livraison peut être long et parfois certains articles épuisés sont toujours visible sur leur site. (achat en 2018, ceci a peut être changé depuis)
