I purchased from them a few times and never had any issues. A few goldmaples etc. It was all delivered and no delays.
Perhaps not the best impression but not too bad either. This was a few years ago and since I have choosen other companies to go to, but I could consider buying again from SG. But I get a bit spooked from the bad reviews here.

Basically, this website is a scam from the start. You can't tell where your shipment is going or when it will be there. If you have a job and you miss it they will return it. That's when the fun starts. In the end only got a portion of my order. Based I what I have read I feel lucky to have gotten that. I would NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE.

I bought some bars from this company. After I had made my payment I was told the items weren’t in stock, which didn’t show on their website at the time of order. I wish I had have this known prior to purchasing as I had to then wait 2 months.
The price given didn’t include VAT at the time - this only showed in the final page of purchase. So I was aware before purchasing yes, but feel it is better to show the whole cost up front. Also I feel the delivery charge of £20 is high when comparing with other sites selling the same product at a comparable price who don’t charge for delivery.
When the bars finally arrived I was sent the wrong bar. I was informed the one I had ordered was out of stock so they sent one that was in stock instead. I feel they should have contacted me to ask me if this was ok, or if I wished to receive my money back first. I complained. I was told I could send it back or receive a free gift. I thought the offer of a free gift was acceptable so this is what I did. I never received it. I emailed to chase this 5 times and got no further response from this company. With everything considered I would not use this company again, although at least following my feedback they do now show what products are out of stock.

Order placed 6th August 2019. The order was fully completed with the final delivery received 6th September 2019. I received two email replies the day following the queries. Maybe this company have started getting their act together. The only thing preventing me giving 5 stars is the overall time taken to complete the order.

In the beginning of December 2017 I ordered and paid for a significant amount of common bullion coins. Suisse Gold was quick to confirm my payment and send me an invoice.

But they were not quick to deliver. Despite several requests for delivery they had only delivered 20% of the prepaid coins 2.5 months later. At this time I had to warn them that I would have to involve lawyers, if they did not deliver the remaining coins soon.

At 100 days after Suisse Gold confirmed receiving my payment and sent me an invoice my UK-based lawyers took action. Eventually my lawyers got Suisse Gold to deliver all the coins, and the coins were all in good condition.

But this leaves me with a bill from my lawyers of GBP 864.00. I cannot legally recover this expense. So it is a loss I have to take because Suisse Gold did not deliver the prepaid coins in a reasonable time.

I have ordered 1g of gold from this company as a leavers present for a friend. After a week, I was asked to send them my passport in the original for money laundring compliance! I asked them if this really was the case even for 1g of gold, and they replied that of course I would not have to send my passport. Another week later, I received the same email again, asking me for my passport to be sent in to them. I since try to reach them by phone or email, with no luck. They have taken my £56, but nearly a month later, I still haven't seen the gold, and now had to give up on the money as well, as they still dont' answer...Avoid!!!
Edit: I have received the 1g of gold in the end, many thanks to Suisse Gold for resolving this.

I recently, finally, received my order from this company of 10 x 50g UBS gold bars in sealed assay. I had ordered 10 from their website, based on photos of the stock and the description.

What finally arrived was 3 of what I had ordered and 7 "alternative" UBS 50g gold bars in completely different style and shape. Being very, very unhappy about this I contacted the company. Their response was curt -

"UBS produce both styles of bars. Both are 50 Gram UBS gold bars as advertised"

Essentially, "it's gold isn't it? What's your problem? No problem, goodbye"

I have emailed multiple times over multiple days and they haven't replied once since then. They operate using pseudonyms (I say pseudonym as I read on other website that these people do not even use their real names) - highly suspicious.

I looked them up - suissegold.com is in fact based in London not Switzerland. However, after investigation, it seems their London offices are nothing but rented "virtual" offices, so there's a good chance they are not even in London. And these people offer vaulting services for your gold?? Where? Under their bed perhaps?

Seriously dodgy company. I believe the gold I received was real gold but the professionalism and evasiveness leaves a huge amount to be desired.

I will never use this company to supply me bullion again and warn anyone else of using them. I wish I had researched them first, instead of being duped by the high google ranking and nice looking website - they have multiple complaints over multiple years, some of them far worse than mine, I think I was lucky in what they did to me compared to others.

BE VERY, VERY cautious.

** since posting this honest review, Suissegold.com have made several attempts to have Trust Pilot take it down, but every time, TP has found my review honest and accurate. More reason not to trust Suissegold.com, this most shady of all companies!! ESPECIALLY with something as expensive, valuable and precious as gold and your future survival in these most precarious times.... Buyer be 1000% aware!!
