I was thinking about selling my coin collection and these guys very kindly valued my collection for me. I have a number of coins that I inherited from a family member. Suisse Gold discussed my collection and offered to buy them from me and arrange shipping from my apartment in Amsterdam. I decided that I will keep them for now as I believe that the gold price will increase over time. However, I am impressed by their knowledge and impartial advice. They also deliver to The Netherlands and I may add to my collection in the future...

I ordered ten 1 oz Gold Eagles from Russia and had them delivered to my daughter in Nice. Delivery took place via UPS and the entire process took 18 days.

I will place order from these guys again.

I purchased 11 sovereigns about a month ago. Customer service was responsive and helpful. My coins were shipped within a few days and I had them inside of a week. Will order some more from this company when the price drops a bit more.

I bought coins, they didnt have them. And when I call my money back couple of weeks later, this process took 2 months and I didnt recieved all money back.
Trustpilot delete bad references, so read quickly and protect your money!

I emailed suisse gold to see if they could ship gold to my address in Italy so that I could bring a 10 gram bar to my sisters 50th birthday party in London. Instead they shipped it directly to her address in Croydon and it arrived yesterday. Thanks for you help guys - Derrick

My order for ag philharmonica coins last week shipped to me via UPS. I had to collect from UPS store. Customer service was helpful, they explained the difference between the different coins.

It has been almost six months since I placed two orders from Suisse Gold Limited for 7 gold bars and within two weeks I received only two gold bars from the first order. Every month I am communicating with Mr. Suisse Gold Limited asking him when they are going to send me the five gold bars that remain from the second order and each time he tells me the same thing, that he will contact his colleagues so that they send me the five gold bars that they remain of the order and they do not send me anything. I have been without the five gold ligotas that I bought for six months and my money is owned by Suisse Gold Limited .
I do not recommend this website to make purchases of gold, this company is not would keep your money for a long time and then take a long time to return it. This is my opinion and expectation that I had with this company.

Commande passer sur ce site fin avril 2020 , le site informait de livraisons pouvant durer jusque 30 jours (covid-19) sauf que 60 jours plus tard toujours rien reçu.
Le contact mail me propose des autres produits car celui qui avait été commandé était en rupture de stock.Si rupture de stock pourquoi le laisser en commande libre sur le site?Pour un site censé vendre de l’or ce n’est pas très pro...
Bref il a fallu batailler pour se faire rembourser.

SUPER AVOID. SuisseGold do not have gold and they will not deliver your items. Their business model is built on selling you stuff they dont have and keep postponing and in the end offering you other items that they got hold of it somehow. Shipments are not insured as well.

I did order on April 14 2020 money was deduct from my bank account (BANK CONFIRMED) Suisse Gold every day confirm that they don't receive the money, XXXXX from Suisse gold in every reply he will ask accounting department but noting happen today June 17 and no reply and nothing done , beware from this website

Purchased some gold coins and received beautiful almost new Britannias. I was very pleased with the quality of the items I received.

I did order on a website suissegold.ch and did pay for a little order before approx. 2 months. They requested a payment urgently, even reminded me about it. I did transfer them the money and wait 28 days. The 30th day I did start to loose my patience and wrote a mail asking about the goods. One person (whose name I can't write here) did reply, that they have a lot of orders and asked me to give them another 10 business days to ship the order. I was waiting patiently. 11th business day I wrote another mail. The person replied, that in 24 to 48 hours I will get a shipping number. I didn't get any shipping number. They did stop replying my mails anymore for some days. No shipping number, no phone, no mails, no response anymore, nobody.
Based on the reviews from this site I was really disappointed, started to worry about loosing my money. I started to request back my money strongly immediately and filled a criminal report.

Approx. 2 days later the person did mail me, that they did get the requested bars and they can ship them.
Thank to God after approx. 2 weeks of waiting I did get the ordered goods finally. So together it took approx. 2 months.

Everything was fine at the end. The order was fulfilled. Maybe they are just overwhelmed.

That was my first and last order from them. I was really disappointed and stressed. To tell the truth, I will deeply consider if to order from them again, but actually I'm thankful to God and thankful to them too, that I did get my order. I was prepared already even for loosing my money.

Maybe they were just totally overwhelmed in that chaotic situation, that's the reason. If you have a trouble with them, based on my experience, please try to be patient.

I did decide meantime, that I will never order from them again.

I canceled my order due to bad reviews, requested a refund, and received less money than I paid (~100€ less), the total order was nearly 2000€.

I'm really surprised by the bad reviews here. I've place three orders with Suisse Gold.ch since Christmas. They have much lower premiums than many other suppliers, and a better range of products.

I ordered 15 sovereigns which arrived within 7 days in January. In February I ordered a tube of silver Britannias and a few of the little 1 gram gold bars. The Britannias shipped after 4 days, and the one gram gold bars were received one week later. My most recent order for some platinum was placed in March, and delivered at the end of April. However, they did tell me there would be a delay. I didn't mind - the price was much better than some other dealers anyways.

I've recommended SuisseGold.ch to several colleagues, and no one has had a problem. These reviews seem like they are probably negative spam from competitors to me. In anycase, I am happy with my service received.

Hi, I have made a purchase from suisse gold website on march 17th 2020 and paid it straight away, sent a bank transfer. They were supposed to send me the gold products within 2-3 business days. After two month of emails, asking to deliver my order, they never did, even though they replied to some of my messages telling me they would. I have then decided to ask for a refund(which already was at a loss, as the price of gold went up in that period). They replied saying they would do so within 2-3 business days. They did not. I took me a report to the police, many more email threating them with legal action until they actually refund my account. I would not use this company at all, I consider myself lucky to be able to get my money back.

The money I sent for my order left my account (trusted Swiss bank) on the 16 of March. On the 7th of April, it still hadn't arrived... according to their financial department. It took 24 day to reach them. I asked to cancel the order. The money got back on the 5th May, with CHF 100.- canceling fee. Almost two months for a "simple" back and forth transaction.

I've bought a monster box of silver coins from Suisse Gold in January and I was really happy with the service. I had a lot of questions about buying silver since it was my first purchase, and they were the only supplier who answered all my questions. They were very communicative throughout my purchase. I've just placed another order from them for some gold Sovereigns.
