Had read about them before i bougth something from the webshop. But they delivered better than expected! 4-6 weeks delivery time on some items, they where shipped off after 1-2 weeks, emailed them a couple of times, and they answered very quick. Next time i want coins, i know what webpage to visit first!!

First of all you need to know that suissegold and swissbullion is all the same unreliable scam business.

Well the variety in their store looks very good and also the ordering process is very comfortable. after you paid the money you wait... in my case they kept my money for 3 months. every time i wrote, j. replied, and promised me he would give me information when my order will be ready. this process repeated about every week.
instead of sending my ordered vintage of the coins they sent me a different one. why do they offer vintage if they cannot keep their promise??
second, they do not keep track of their stocks at all. even tough all of my coins where "available" when ordering, none of them arrived within the promised 28days.
at the end they forced me to take back my money because they claimed not o be able to ship me coins. in the mean time, platin price went up by 200$ but they refused to pay me back the price difference even tough i wanted to wait for a platin coin beeing available.
additionally they do have no phonenumber or name on their website. if you are not happy with the service or if they don't answer you, you have no way of knowing who is behind the company --> very suspicous.

just order at a trustworthy shop!

Before i tried suissegold.com i send an email asking for information, excellent customer service, and than bought 10 Ounce Silver Bar. Took a bit to arrive but in the estimated timeline, very discreet package and top notch silver bar. Hightly recomended company!

Impossible to speak to an individual, contact was only by email, most of which were automated. Placed my order and instructed my bank to pay them and later that day an order confirmation arrives for a different (higher) amount. I replied pointing out the difference, and a day later I had a mail saying that I had 24 hours to pay or my order would be cancelled. I sent them my payment confirmation and my bank confirmed payment. The following day I had a mail saying that my order was cancelled due to non payment. I again sent them my payment confirmation but they denied receiving it. I asked my bank to reverse the transfer and warned SuisseGold that I would take further action. A day later most of my money was returned but short by £320. Never again!

The easy process of purchasing to assistance and handling of storage and delivery was pleasant. Always answerable by email their response was swift and clear.
Given the restraints on delivery to France at this present time with Covid I only waited 7 days.
Product safely bubbled wrapped and boxed securely.

I decided to sell a 1 ounce Baird rhodium bar that I have held for the last five years. SuisseGold are one of the few companies that actually purchase rhodium. I shipped the bar to their offices by UPS and I received the payment within three days. The spreads on rhodium are higher so it costs more than gold or silver to buy / sell it. Overall I'm very happy with the service 👍

Nicht die schnellste Lieferung, aber alles was ich bestellt habe, ist auch ohne hin und her angekommen. Customer service ist auch etwas zögerlich, antwortet am Ende aber alle Anfragen. Es braucht einfach seine Zeit.

I have very bad experiences with this company. I received only the part of order. But I noticed that is written inside, the rest of consignment could be delivered in the next time. When I received nothing after two month, I contact this company and they was very surpriced and told me, that they sent it all at once. But I noticed, that the box was accurately weighed a twice on the way, and the total weight is less then total weight of all metals. Additionally the consignment is X-ray scanned. And I noticed as well, that the plates are glued with the box and inside was only one this place. After this argument they are forced send to me the rest of shipment, but without appology. I am affraid they are fraudsters.

I have been tracking the price of gold for a while. I wish that I purchased it two years ago. When I finally decided to place my order, Suisse Gold delivered in 19 days. The shipment was delivered by my regular postman and I had to sign for the parcel. I would recommend 👍

Purchased 100 Gr. Valcambi Gold Bar. I received a cast bar (the poured type) complete with assay certificate 12 days after I placed my order. The shipment arrived via Special Delivery in a plain brown box. Good comms with customer service.

Ok, if you want to avoid stress and strife, do yourself a favour and do not part with your money with this company.Ordered 2 batches of 50 coins each in March/April and was jerked around for many months, with much threatening, eventually sending only 2 coins at a time, a few days a week. Some weeks nothing.I cannot tell you how many emails I sent, even from my lawyer in EU (they simply ignored the letter as only UK solicitor has jurisdiction), and ultimately I bit the bullet spending over 1000 GBP on a UK solicitor to send them emails and terms. They Flouted their own terms and conditions, tried to tell me after 5 plus months that I now needed to collect in Switzerland (Outside EU so extra taxes due), didn't offer me alternative coins as is in their conditions, and finally offered a non negotiable refund of my initial purchase price for the 2nd batch. This when the market value of the batch was 15% higher than purchase price. You know what, I took the money to cut the pain and stress of dealing with them! Cost me, but thank goodness I didn't lose all my money as it was looking like until I hired a solicitor. Summary : Read the negative reviews on this website, as the positive ones are from my experience not credible!! Too many of us have a similar story to tell .They way they dealt with my solicitor too indicated to me that they knew their path very well as they walk it many times!! Their Modus operandi is not for the faint hearted.Be warned
Update As I see with others experience, this company has tried to remove my review claiming it is bogus. Well it is now verified as authentic by TrustPilot, so I repeat the words of caution(AVOID). All the negative reviews have similar issues/ Complaints... Confirms there is truth to the negative reviews with the common theme

The prices are attractive because they are without VAT. VAT tax is shown at the end of the order. The entire order is more expensive than in sellers in my country (Poland). Hence, I do not see the need to place an order here.

I was worried about BREXIT and it how it would affect the delivery as The UK is no longer a member of the EU. Suisse Gold shipped my order out of their vault in Frankfurt via UPS. I had to collect the shipment from my local UPS store (which is also a coffee shop). The shipment was packaged in a plain brown box and very discrete. I'm going to monitor the market at see what happens with EUR/SEK and XAU/USD - I expect some turbulence over the coming months.

As a Ukrainian-American expat living in Moscow, my options for purchasing gold feel more limited than when I was still living in Miami, Florida. Many of the European companies do not ship to Russia or Ukraine. I found Suisse Gold and they deliver to both. Delivery took almost five weeks and arrived by registered post. For three of the five weeks, the goods were in transit between London and Moscow. I am pleased that the order arrived. I plan to move back to Odesa with work next month and will probably try their services again this spring.
