Purchased solar panels from Sunlite in 2023 and their service was excellent. Th monitoring software App - from the inverter supplier - stopped working, and I needed to renew my username and password. Got a Support Ticket on 11 Mar4ch and a promised 5 day response. Got nothing. Another Ticked on 21 March got nothing. A phone call to their disembodied AI "helper" was useless. In despair I contated Sunlite. Oskar came back to me very quickly and supplied all the information needed to reconnect to the App. Many thanks to Sunlite / Oskar for going above and beyond the call od duty. I am very grateful for their / his help.

I had solar panels and a battery installed in late 2024 and have waited over a year to write a review, since it takes some time to evaluate an investment like this as the yield changes with the seasons. I have been very pleased, because the solar yield has been significantly more than predicted and the system has been low maintenance. My panels face east and west and for around 9 months of the year I am self sufficient and export enough to cover my gas and electricity bills for most of the year. During the dark months, I benefit from the ability to charge the battery during cheaper periods. I found the Sunlite staff to be friendly and helpful too.

Fantastic all round service. Really pleased with my Solar and battery installation fitted by Sunlite. We are high use domestic electric users and the Fox system with Solar panels looks like it will reduce my bills by 50% or more. Every contact with the office staff or installation team has been professional and courteous and I felt that they were making every effort to understand what I was trying to achieve. It is great to find a family run local company who clearly take a pride in their work. I cannot recommend Sunlite highly enough.

From start to finish, I have been really impressed. The initial person who came out to give me a quote was extremely knowledgeable and even made me aware of grants available in my area. He gave me honest advice around my budget and what would work best for my family — for example, he recommended more panels and a smaller battery, which made perfect sense. Importantly, he wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated.

The admin staff in the office were very efficient at sending my quote over and, again, never pushy. They answered all my questions promptly and were very friendly and easy to deal with.

The installation went really smoothly — everyone turned up exactly when they said they would, and every member of the team was polite, friendly, and helpful.

I’m absolutely delighted with the whole process and already saving money. I also thought their system offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

What can I say,having looked at several other solar companies we decided to go with the Sunlite Group.
Extremely efficient from start to finish.
From the booking of the survey, going through the whole house from top to bottom.
The erecting of the scaffold, fitting the solar panels,batteries and inverter.
All staff we had contact with were extremely first class..
Throughly recommend this company.

I have had a number of issues with my air source heat pump over the last 12 months and just after Christmas an engineer from Sunlite looked at my system. I have had 6 different engineer visits from various companies over the last year and Jon from Sunlite was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. The previous engineers have not been able to identify the problem. Jon explained how the system worked and what the possible solutions were. I am presently waiting for Mitsubishi (I have an Ecodan ASHP) to get back to me. If they cannot fix my problem then my next call will be to Jon from Sunlite to discuss options and I am confident he will come up with the best solution.

Timely intervention when the manufacturer of my solar equipment were reluctant to rectify my problem. Sunlite tried to accelerate a solution, but the manufacturer dragged their feet and a solution seemed no nearer. In the end Sunlite sent an engineer out from Ipswich, who promptly got me up and running again. Well done Sunlite.

I am amending my review due to the fact after contacting the company about there initial visit they've re attended and provided all paper work that was requested, in a timely manner.
I would definitely use this company again in the future for any need regarding my air source heat pump

Used Sunlite twice now for Heat pump repair and servicing. Seamless ordering. Could be considered pricey but you expect to pay for an efficient and professional service. V. Good.

Back ground for you. They have an ebay store . A friend ordered some cable from them for me - kept being told courier didn't arrive use a different courier who also didn't arrive etc- over a month of promises that never materialised.
I have ordered from them myself thinking it may have just been a glitch - no unfortunately not the case- I am getting exactly the same script from them. Cannot work out what the scam here is as I can get a refund .
But to be quite honest all I want is the items I have ordered delivered in a timely manner.

# just to add they have been in contact with me (via the ebay messages) - not happy I have left this review - the best thing for me is they had an option to sort things "Deliver the Item" and this customer would be happy, but again its just long winded email 'wait' no response then an email asking if I want the item I respond and nothing back . I have confirmed this is 100% the correct review for the correct company #

Great company. Had the best service from Jon. The team turned the work around at short notice and to a very high standard, would definitely recommend. Customer service support from Tia was also fab. Really lovely experience working with the Sunlite Group.

Very quick respond from the team to answer all enquiry at reasonable price. Spent 1.5 days to complete the installation. 14 PV panels, 11k battery, 7k Hybrid Inverter installed outdoor.

Very happy with the experience I received from Sunlite. They were always quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Jon the engineer was very knowledge and provided an excellent service. Very happy with our new air source heat pump and cylinder.

Really great service from Sunlite. Always answered the phone when I had queries, planned and organised the work efficiently and the installers who spent a lot of time in my home were friendly and respectful and very helpful. Work was done to a high standard and solar panels, batteries and EV charger all working well.

This company is first class. Straight forward information, clear options and did what they said. The installation team was excellent, quick and efficient and very helpful.

Sunlite have just fitted me 20 solar panels and 9kw battery system at a very competitive price. The quote procedure and initial surveys were the best of all the companies that priced the work. All communication has been excellent. The workmanship and standard of installation were faultless, and the final performance of the whole system has exceed my expectations. First class in every way. Finally, the post installation commission and information, and hand over was without fault. 5 STAR.

It was a pleasure working with Sunlite and getting our EV Charger installed.
