I subscribed to a subscription hastily and the money was promptly withdrawn. Contacting their support, I was offered help and availability, subscription canceled and money refunded. Correctness and professionalism.

This feels like amateur, garage-made software. Once you subscribe, it's nearly impossible to unsubscribe. They promise you everything, but nothing works properly. Avoid!
