Excellent service, good prices, quick delivery,

The online ordering process was straight forward and hassle free.
The only slight downside was that the delivery timescale was only accessed once the order was nearly complete.

Making my fourth order following great experiences overall. Goods well packaged. Shippers are very careful with large pallet’s and have good communications. Villeroy & Boch pricing is excellent.

If your a company and require VAT receipt - don’t place an order with this company as this company is located in Germany and trades through UK website domain.

You won’t be able to return your VAT, better go to Victoria Plumbing which is reliable in regards all invoices.

The product was exactly as described and was delivered with no real problem. It did take a little longer than expected for a product that was In Stock

Best price for top quality bathroom items. Ordered a replacement Villeroy Boch toilet seat, came in a reasonable timescale and very well packaged. Have ordered a bigger group of items in the past which took over a month to come, but fantastic prices for top quality bathroom fittings and furniture. If you can plan and wait great if you are a plumber who needs next day delivery, probably not for you.

I had an issue with fitting an expensive, good quality shower set and spoke to Candice in the customer support department.
Candice was extremely helpful, talked around my issue and managed to come up with a solution that enabled a return and refund for me.

Do not order from this company.
This is a scam. Avoid this company.
I checked before ordering and they promised bathroom items were in stock - took payment then kept telling me they were waiting for delivery.
I cancelled my order but they have not refunded me - keep telling me that my bank have lost the payment and they cannot do anything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: As an architect I placed an order for two expensive Laufen Kartell toilets. Upon opening one of the boxes it was cracked. The response I have had from the company is that they will not refund and that the manufacturers box has to be opened and inspected within 3 days of delivery. I understand this is against all consumer protection law. Currently awaiting a further response before taking legal action.

Superbath had the exact items I needed at an excellent price. Helene in customer service was very helpful in sending updates to let me know when I was to receive the goods plus resolve any issues.

Helene was great in helping to navigate a cancelled order to reinstating it due to the change in availability of the stock.
She has provided detailed attention to ensuring my request was successfully fulfilled. It was almost like dealing with someone face to face despite an online transaction. Will use them again.
