Amazing from the customer service to the easy setup. Words can't explain how happy I am with the team to the products to the informational emails. Would definitely refer anyone looking to garden indoors to super closet.

Well unfortunately the light sent to me…
Well unfortunately the light sent to me is a non functional light. So, after two weeks of "normal" functionality the light decides to stop working altogether. Good to know my crop is now wasted and destroyed by faulty untested equipment. Also was never sent the clay pellets with my order (not that big of a deal but still should have been included)

After a few months I finally got my replacement light, after sending me a self-repair on the first (consisted of me taking the light external apart and removing a SD card and replacing). Tested for 2 weeks to ensure no more wasted crop and this fix also failed. So after sending the light back they attempted to assess the problem and fix the light, which is not what I wanted. A week after they received the light I still have heard nothing back from them at which point I reach out. No direct answer to the phone (expected) and I am less than happy. Later that evening I get an email stating they are sending me a new light. Received Oct 5th. I initially purchased everything in June. The reason I rated them 3 stars is because supercloset/gorilla grow tent are both amazing. For missing hydroton (which I wasn't even going to mention until the light went out) they sent me the hydroton and swag. Above and beyond and came amazingly quick after they heard.
TLDR : SuperCloset / Gorilla Grow - 5 Stars, awesome service and quick response.
Kind LED - 1 Star, completely unreliable customer service response and wary of new equipment. Will update further as I play with this new light

New Super Room
Just bought the 9 x 9 super room and I am very satisfied with the quality of the equipment. I picked up the equipment in person the staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm looking to buy more rooms in the future. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they need to improve on picking up the phone more often. It's a little difficult to reach someone over the phone. Other than that I would diffently recommend them.

I am a little disappointed in the shipping. After opening the box (I was so excited) I found that the bag with the media was broke open and dust and media stone were everywhere. It’s been a pain in the ass cleaning everything. I was hoping for a better experience, hopefully the growing will go a lot better. Sorry for the bad review.

I ordered the Super Flower Unit in April. I just harvested my first grow. It was the best flower I have ever smoked. What ever unit you buy make sure you upgrade and buy the Bluelab Guardian Monitor. McMahon and Miles are kick ass. They were there all the time for my stupid questions. Also whichever one your thinking of buying . Buy the next size bigger. It's a awesome unit.

Closet is an amazing complete set! Unfortunately it was damaged on the edges by shipping and is cosmetic damage, so it is still functional.

Poor customer service 2020
Took an extra 2 months to arrive, “secure” closet came without a key . Quality Assurance Checklist didn’t even have the right customer name on it . To this day, I am never able to reach anyone on the phone. After my point of contact suddenly stopped working at the company , I am at a lost for getting any type of assistance.
Root rot, too hot, too expensive
Once the box was put together I noticed my grow box temps hover around 87f. Ambient temperature being 74-75f of the grow room. I also noticed the odorsok filter that displaces the air is quite loud. It sounds like a straight exhaust system that really isn't stealthy. Anyone visiting you who is in the same room as you will be immediately attracted to the sound the filter creates. Really defeats the stealth reputation this company seems to project for this box. The 200w 2700k light was simply not powerful enough and anyone that has done enough research will tell you a 6700k sprectrum bulb or higher is most likely required to prevent stretching and to give plants adequate light until flower. Then, a 2700k spectrum light would be appropriate. Regardless I saw a simple solution was to increase the spectrum lighting to counter this. Luckily (though they are getting harder to find) I was able to locate these lights and continue with my grow. Another thing I noticed about the box is that when the light is on, it leaks out the rim of the door of the box itself. This may not seem like a huge issue, but this could be catastrophic with light getting in the box when some plants require complete darkness to grow properly during their cycle. This never seemed to affect my grow, but I believe this is worth mentioning as it again shows poor design in sealing out light leaks and the overall stealth of the grow. The air pump is naturally also quite loud and causes quite a bit of vibration. There is no place to properly hang or mount the pump anywhere you have to simply haphazardly place it next to the reservoir. Due to the distance of the hoses length, you really dont have many options if you tried. So my solution was to wrap the air pump in a microfiber cloth to remedy the vibration feedback and noise and this generally seemed to help.
After about a week and a half in I discontinued top feed as my roots were now submerged and continued my grow. Using hydroguard I watered with general tap PHd water. This seemed to work fine. Checking my PH i noticed another problem. The reservoir temps hover around the 80s, this is a huge no no for plants as this promotes bacteria growth that can cause root rot. I disregarded this as I was using 2.5ml of hydroguard per gallon (2 1/2 gallons full) to counter any bacteria growth that might arise. But this created a big issue, it is next to impossible outside of keeping the grow door open (once again defeating stealth) to keep the box cool. No matter what your ambient temps are it seems to routinely get 10-12 degrees hotter in the box. I again disregarded this as my plants didn't seem to mind and they continued to grow. With there being no cold air intake in the box which I think would be a great addition you are basically stuck with those temperatures.
Week 2 trouble started, no matter all my efforts to make this box work, I discovered a huge issue in my plants. Root rot. This completely baffled me as I had been using the correct hydroguard to gallon ratio. My only guess that was causing it was some kind of light leak or temperature issue in the reservoir. I attempted to counter this by covering all my net pots with foil (as covering them to the top with clay pebbles didn't seem to work) and my plants as well. Looking over the box I noticed another issue, the top feed. The way the top feed works is by hoses snaked through holes throughout the middle of the box, however these hoses are not flush(even though close) with the holes and I can only suspect light is getting through these holes and entering my water. I even covered them with aluminum foil around the base of the holes to prevent and kind of light leak that might exist there. This did not seem to remedy the issue and my root rot persisted
I simply cannot recommend a product for this price and quality to the next buyer. You are better off building a grow tent with peripherals that should cost you sub 500$ or even cheaper if you have the means to do it yourself. Looking at most of the products for this site they seem mostly overpriced due to whats available via amazon now. Its a shame because I really tried to make this work despite all the issues I noticed (and for the fact that I couldn't return it). I can easily say that this product is not exactly the way it seems and is worth far less than what is offered. It sucks how I spent $800 and it feels like a complete waste. I have been attempting to contact the company by both email and phone and they continue to go to a voicemail box that is full. I feel completed cheated and scammed.

I purchased a SuperNova after talking to McMahon for about an hour. He was very patient with all my questions and sold me exactly what was needed for my situation.
The closet took a couple of weeks longer to be delivered than originally estimated, but with COVD-19 this is completely understandable. How can I complain when while I am sitting at home staying safe, people are having to work under difficult conditions.
The closet was easy to setup.
I had another pleasant call with Perrin, last week. He was very patient with all my questions regarding growing conditions.
Finally, I felt the closet would benefit if one area had reflective backing added. Today, McMahon agreed to ship me the right size piece.
This is a great company to work with!

Although I was initially alarmed by the fact that several items were missing from my order (growth nutrient & seedling heating mat) I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent responsiveness and professionalism of the Sales Manager (McMahon) in remedying the shipment omissions. Appears to be a great turnkey solution for quickly germinating and growing plants and vegetables.

Highly recommend just got my grow room all packaged discretely and safely. Great customer service they actually pick up the phone. All of the components are top notch. I received a phone call from shipping company to set up a time for them to drop off and they even called to let me know when they were close. Miles at supercloset helped me all the way from buying to shipping great guy! People giving these people bad reviews seem to be based all off shipping which they straight up tell you before you order how long it’s going to take with the pandemic and all.

Worth the price.
I've had my Cabinet for a couple of weeks now and have enjoyed it so far. I know absolutely nothing about hydroponics, ordering from Super closet took the hassle of trying to figure out which components I would need. Other than the video for putting it together needs to be updated, my only other complaint would be the back. It looks like when Clark Griswold had all the lights and ornaments plugged into one outlet in National Lampoon's Christmas vacation. That was easily solved by getting a smartplug 6 outlet surge protector on Amazon. Customer service so far has been great. I would recommend getting a Super Closet to anyone who wants to start growing indoors.
Bad Communication
called for an update on my order to make sure things are still going as plan, you know, Covid and stuff...and I was ensured that everything is on time and should ship soon. It did ship but they failed to mention that only half my order will be coming which sucks because I planned according to their information, so much for a good 1st impression.
