Activision For Shame
I bought a razer controller it works with all games except for act vison games. when i tried to get support they take forever to respond back and kept making me do things one after another that had no effect on anything. until finally they got me delete all my blizzard games and it did nothing now i wasted 8 hours dealing with them and have to redownload all my games they are losers.
Modern warfare 2 is not fun
Modern warfare 2 is not fun. They have received my last dollar. Till they get rid of the cheaters at least. I'm required to aim and do things correctly, while other players just point your direction and pull the trigger. It takes me an entire magazine to kill one person where they always seem to get me with one shot. Until they fix this this game sucks ass.

slow and unbothered about urgencies
I am writing to file a complaint against Activision for their lack of assistance in resolving an issue related to my Activision account. I have been unable to access my account due to an incorrect email address being linked to my friend's PlayStation network account.
Despite reaching out to Activision support and providing all necessary information for verification of my account ownership, I have not received any response after the initial confirmation message. This issue may seem small, but it has left me locked out of my account and I am worried that my account may be compromised due to this issue.
As an Indian player, I have been unable to find any assistance from Activision to resolve this issue. I have even tried reaching out to the company through their support email but have not received any response.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I believe that updating my email address is a simple task on Activision's side, but it would be a massive help to me in regaining access to my account.
I have just purchased the game and I am unable to play now. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.
im just ghosted after the initial conformation. they have no other ways of communication whatsoever.

My game is literally broken.
Uninstalled/installed the game 2 times, reset all settings, unlinked and linked account, NOTHING WORKS and i cant find any solutions to my problem. The website keeps suggesting nonsense articles, giving me the runaround, absolutely infuriating!!!
All i can do is report this as a bug but this is gamebreaking, it wont save ANYTHING!!! I'd say a problem like this deserves the attention of an actual employee but they made that impossible. Its been 3 updates now and its still broken, i need to talk to someone from activision or have it fixed.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. A few years ago I would be able to call or get someone on Twitter. Now they don’t support phone calls. They don’t support twitter support. The only wya is through email or a ticket on their website. But wait there’s more the only way to email them is through a ticket and even though I’m a “priority” account it took them a whole month to get back to me and they didn’t even help me. The ticket said review and write a comment to help them help me and then they closed the ticket without even helping me or saying anything to me. They don’t say anything on Twitter or other websites. All they do is post on Twitter and make ads to get more ppl to buy scam of duty. All I needed was my activision account unlinked from my brothers ps account so I can re-link it to my account would literally take a minute to do from their end. It’s like they jsut don’t care the only objective they have is to throw crappy rushed games and re used maps and guns that’s been in every cod already and characters/skins and camos that cost $20+ for each pack. For a AAA multibillion dollar company they are utterly dog crap and last I heard they had a bunch of pedophiles who work there.

Absolutely horrible support I've received no help since the launch of mw2 the game is constantly putting me in pc lobbies I'm on console I'll be the only person in the lobby on console its bs, also have a problem that stops me editing loadouts and I've had no help other that hello I'm blah blah ill look into your problem give them what they ask for videos ect... il mio account di cod mw è stato hackerato ed è stato fatto uso di cheat da parte dell'hacker. Hanno bannato l'account e inizialmente tramite la sezione sul sito "Appeal for a ban" ero riuscito a farmelo sbannare, la cosa è durata poco in quanto un mese dopo mi è stato bannato di nuovo, sta volta senza motivo. l'assistenza non ne vuole sapere nulla di aiutarmi, esattamente come è successo con centinaia di altri giocatori, sono veramente vergognosi, 70€ di gioco e quasi 200€ spesi in pacchetti e tutto quello che sanno dirti è " non possiamo fare nulla, buonagiornata " sono veramente verognosi! VERGOGNA!!!!

Activision support is worthless, a bunch of morons who can’t help with any issue. I have had countless issues and not once have they been helpful in anyway, if you’re experiencing issues with an Activision game you’d better off doing anything besides contacting Activision support. Willkürlicher Bann, Kein Kundensupport
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über Ihren Umgang mit loyalen, ehrlichen und seit Jahren aktiven Mitgliedern Ihrer Community. Ich habe keine Regeln/Richtlinien/Nutzungsbedingungen umgangen bzw. gebrochen oder mir sonst irgendetwas zu Schulden kommen lassen. Trotz mehrerer Beschwerdeversuche wird man leider vom Kundensupport nicht ernst genommen und der Sache wird nicht nachgegangen. Ich habe noch nie Cheats verwendet, egal um welches Spiel es geht! Diese Beschuldigung ist anmaßend. Ich habe auch keine Ahnung von irgendwelchen Modifikationen oder Manipulationen, generell ist Programmieren mir völlig fremd. Nach wie vor räume ich Ihnen ein all meine Daten zu prüfen. Auch den Zugriff auf mein ganzes System wenn dies nötig ist. Nach wie vor bin ich mir keiner Schuld bewusst. Außerdem habe ich natürlich Angst überhaupt nochmal eines Ihrer publizierten Spiele zu spielen weil ich keine Ahnung habe warum es zum Bann kam. Das bringt mich langsam zum Verzweifeln! Ich habe kurz vor dem bann auch noch MW2 vorbestellt in der Vault Edition, allein in diesem Jahr knapp oder sogar mehr als 10000 CoD Points aufgeladen. Gibt es denn wirklich Menschen die so dumm sind dass, man nachdem man so viel Geld investiert hat noch das Risiko einzugehen einen Bann zu kassieren? Ich arbeite hart für mein Geld und zocke maximal 1 – 2 Abende die Woche. Das wurde mir mit diesem unberechtigten Bann genommen. Wenn es wirklich einen Fehler geben sollte ist er mir unbekannt und es wäre auch mein Erster gewesen, da ist ein dauerhafter Ausschluss selbst von den kostenlosen Inhalten doch auch völlig übertrieben. Davon mal abgesehen habe ich nichts anders gemacht als die letzten 10 Jahre. Es wird ausgenutzt dass der Ottonormal-Bürger sich nicht Leisten kann mit einer Zivilklage dagegen vorzugehen, dabei ist es ein leichtes diese "Nutzungsbedingungen" und deren Willkürliche "Durchsetzung anzufechten.

Una vergüenza, llevo un año peleando por un Ban permanente porque dicen que usó software modificado, en una Xbox SS. Que me expliquen como por favor. Se niegan a facilitar ninguna prueba. Y sigo esperando. Dinero y tiempo perdido.
The worst customer ever....Period
The worst customer service I have received in the 52 years i have spent on this earth. They have failed on 2 occasions to plainly understand the issue.
By the time you think they are on the right track, there has been 8 emails due to multiple customer service representatives looking at the issue.
by the time you get to 10 emails, the next customer service representatives just repeat what the last one said because they now can't be bothered to read the emails properley.
They are consistantly bad and by looking at everyone else experience that comment is justified.
The good thing is, they cannot get any worse, because they are the worst and put a bitter taste to your gaming experience
I hope xbox takes over and uses their team, so much better and they bend over backwards to sort out your problem. Unlike these CLOWNS
