Alte PC Cam bei Win11 sorgte für Systemabsturz!
Alles begann mit einer Neuinstallation von Hardware, weil der PC nicht mehr startete.Alle usb anschlüsse waren gesteckt unteranderem auch logicam. Auch die alte logitechtastatur. Dann win11 installation automatische Treiberaktualisierung. Tastatur nicht mehr erkannt und die Pc cam brachte den Pc in Einen unbrauchbaren Zustand im Gerätemanager nur noch Fragezeichen! Nichts konnte man deinstallieren
Vor einigen Wochen, hatte ich einen telefonischen Kontakt zum Support. Mir wurde erklärt, das es für meine Logitech Quickcam Connekt keine Treiber aktualisierung für Win11 gibt. Auch meine Kabelgebundene Tastatur war ohne Funktio. Man bat mich um meine Mailaddi, die ich wegen einer Angebotenen 20% Rabattierung für einen Neukauf auch gab. Leider war das wohl nur ein Fake. Bis heute kein Rabattangebot zum Neukauf. So wimmelt man sich Kunden ab und erhält gleichzeitig noch ne Mailaddi. Das ist einfach nur der schlimmste Support. Außerdem ist die Supportseite Kundenunfreundlich und der Bot ist nicht in der Lage zu helfen und vermutlich den Kunden weiter zu verschrecken, weil meistens nicht hilfreich.

Delivered to wrong address
They delivered my items to the wrong address and wouldn't do anything about it! On all correspondence from them it showed my address as the delivery address so I have no idea why they then delivered it elsewhere! Customer service were useless and I had to explain the simple issue so many times before they said they couldn't help! Awful!

Ich habe eine Combo Touch für mein Studium geschenkt bekommen (nicht direkt bei Logitech erworben). Leider reagierten einige Tasten nach einem halben Jahr nicht mehr. Der Logitech Chat Support ist mit mir alle möglichen Schritte durchgegangen (ca 1h) und leider hat es doch nichts gebracht. Man entschied dich dann kulanterweise meine Tastatur zurückzunehmen und mir ein Austausch gerät zu schicken. Der Support war sehr höflich und Verständnisvoll. Das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein.

Based on my previous purchases and interactions with Logitech, I expected a more professional and reliable experience as a customer. However, I have been waiting for my Combo Touch order for almost two weeks, only to find out today that it was canceled. I recieved an email saying it was canceled with no explication and I contacted the customer service. I find it very unprofessional that customer service repeatedly assured me there was just a delay with my order, when in reality, it had been out of stock all along.
I would have much preferred to know upfront that I would have to wait more than two weeks for the Combo Touch I needed. Instead, the website provides a misleading description of express delivery being within 1–2 business days—without clarifying that this only applies after the customer receives a tracking number.
I hope Logitech takes this feedback into account and improves its customer support so that clients do not have to deal with such an inconvenient situation in the future.

I wish I’d read this page first before ordering. Delayed postage so asked to cancel was told they’d try. I asked for a delivery date and said they’d couldn’t tell me. 6 hours later after I bought the same item off Amazon they’ve dispatched it and I still have no email from them over cancellation or our conversation. It’s horrendous.

I have tried to get an invoice for my purchase for a month now. Been in contact with the support team several times. They promised me the invoice
”within 24-48h” every time we have been in contact. But still no invoice. So I gave up!

Do not buy Logitech products directly from them. Get them literally anywhere else.
I stupidly ordered a pair of headphones from Logitech directly thinking it would be a very easy transaction. Oh how wrong I was. I got them, and straight out of the box they were broken. And not physically broken, but the internal hardware was cooked. The audio was horribly distorted and after troubleshooting for a few minutes I realized it was an internal issue.
To make matters worse, I returned them the same day I received them and in the span of a month and a half, I still have yet to receive my refund. They’ve had me jump through their hoops, create an account with a money transfer app that’s popular in Europe called Wise, and somehow I still don’t have my money. If it was a small amount, I would have probably taken the L but it isn’t. I’ve been going back and forth with their support and it’s been a slog. It hasn’t been worth a second and their response time is lackluster to say the least. I’ll go days without a response just for them to eventually say “wasn’t us, try again.” They were kind enough to give me a $100 in-store coupon, so I used it for some mousepads because I could at least guarantee they wouldn’t mess it up. And despite all of that, I’m still stuck down more than the coupon they gave me. I am continuing my fight for my money till I get it back.
TLDR; Do not buy Logitech products directly from them. Get them literally anywhere else. You will regret every second of this pitiful process.
**Update** I did finally get my refund back through Wise. I had to directly tell them in the ticket that I submitted my information to Wise twice for the refund, only to be told that it was somehow still on me. Then suddenly, it was accepted (I assume this was something they had to confirm on their end and didn’t the first time or the second until I pointed it out to them). And then that SAME DAY within about an hour, I received my refund. A 2 month ordeal, all for it to be resolved within the span of a few hours. I still hold this review where I put it when I submitted it. My opinion has not changed and I think this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Bot send me one help article and four (insert any swear word here) product links. The *Support* bot sent me *Shop* links. What in the actual hell. Then, afterwards, I've been ghosted. No answer, no return email, no nothing. Calling did nothing. I contacted them in the first place because my order confirmation got sent, but not a single info about order status and no tracking number was sent afterwards.

Als je al voorbij de chatbot geraakt strand je gegarandeerd op een nog onwilliger medewerker. Logitech is georganiseerde oplichterij. Nooit zal ik nog een logitech product kopen.

These folks suck. Paid $200 for an MX Mechanical keyboard, and aaaaaaaaalllllllllll it dooooooooooooes is repeeeeeeeeat keys. No one to talk to, no support, no help .... and there are a TON of people on the internet complaining about the same garbage keyboard product and the same garbage customer service. Time to short that LogiTech stock.
Avoid buying from their website -terrible, poor and stressful experience
Made a duplicate order and was told to reject the unrequired one at the doorstep and UPS would return the product and I would get my refund. After several weeks of chasing daily logging several AI tickets the UPS trackers said it was set for disposal because Logitech hadn't returned their calls, luckily the product ended up being sent back to me.
At least the unwanted product is in my possession and I will have to figure out how to return it back successfully or find another means of getting compensated. The only number they have is for their technical support who were useless and would only log another ticket for their sales team who never get back. Their returns link does not work and returns page says 'We regret that we cannot process payments at this time. We are working on the issue. Please check back or contact your preferred local retailer.'
I do not hold out much hope for a refund.

niemals direkt über logitech bestellen, niemals, tastatur gekauft, möchte sie zurückschicken, trotz live chatsupport antwortet einem keiner, man wird einfach ignoriert, warum dann überhaupt erst live chatsupport anbieten? trotz anruf wird die rücksendung nicht einfach abgewickelt wie bei jedem anderen unternehmen, sondern man erhält noch ein ticket, die rücksendung zieht sich jetzt schon 3 tage hin ohne dass ich ein rücksendelabel habe und die chance dass sich die rücksendung bis hin zur rückzahlung über einen monat oder länger hinzieht steht gut, ich hätte nie gedacht dass ich bei einem so großem konzern wie logitech so viele propleme mit der rücksendung bekomme, selbst bei viel viel kleineren unternehmen funktioniert die rücksendung viel besser
Horrible support
Horrible support. Returned a product 5 weeks ago and still haven’t got a refund. Contacting them is close to impossible and I keep getting asked the same questions over and over. Suspect Logitech is owned by private equity.

Sans nouvelles de leur part d'ici 2 jours, je déposerai plainte auprès de la DGCCRF pour pratique commerciale trompeuse.

Terrible. Call over seas to get people who can't actually help you. Literally gave Logitech 1700$ and they can't find two of the pieces. Have to wait 7-10 investigation for some overseas call center. It's very bad. Please don't buy Logitech ever!!!!

Impossible de contacter quelqu'un pour annuler la commande. Aucun numéro à joindre qui abouti à une conversation avec un humain, le bot du chat me fait patienter indéfiniment...
Je suis satisfait de la qualité des produits Logitech mais c'est la première et dernière fois que je commande sur le site du fabricant ! Je ne m'attendais pas à un service client si déplorable...
Je veux bien que nous sortons de la période des fêtes mais un suivi de commande est la moindre des choses sachant que le paiement a bien été débité lui.
