So far happy with the product
So far very happy with the product, however the Assembly instructions for my particular model were not readily available, so some adaptation required. Also worth pointing our that if erecting on decorative pavers, the feet can scratch the solid surface on erection - that easily requires 4 people. Cover also very tight to frame.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about the assembly instructions. We’re sorry to hear they weren’t readily available for your specific model and that you had to make some adaptations during installation. This is something that we are currently working on and will soon be available for all of the different gazebo models and sizes.
The canopy fitting tightly is intentional to ensure a secure and weather-resistant finish once installed, we understand it can make fitting a little more difficult but this will ease up after the first couple of uses

Great customer service and fantastic products
Surf & Turf have provided the Royal Navy and Royal Marines motorsport association with their top quality shelters and accessories for over 10 years now. its no surprise that all 3 Armed Forces continue to use Surf & Turf because of their top quality products and excellent customer service.

Fantastic and friendly all round service
I'm not one to normally leave reviews but just want to express my thanks to Laura and the team who went above and beyond. Laura from the initial enquiry was very friendly and helpful offering advice and guidance on the correct gazebo that would meet the requirements I was after for my construction company gazebo. Communication was great throughout and Laura and the team went above an beyond to meet a very tight deadline producing and getting the gazebo branded. Thank you once again!

PARASOL PURCHASE
Good website the ordering process was easy and smooth both Amanda & Daniel were very helpful, communication was prompt and concise.
The quality of the product is excellent and the delivery and install team went above and beyond and took care of everything, one of the parasol covers was the wrong size but the installers ordered a replacement that was with us the follwing day.
Would highly recommend for both product and service

Such lovely people to deal with
Such lovely people to deal with, both when I bought their heavy duty gazebo in 2014 and a replacement cover 2026. The new cover fits the existing sides perfectly, the frame is pretty much like new and structurally strong.
