Unfortunately I made the customer care caller aware of a cheaper. Broadband offer that he hadn’t mentioned.

I waited in all day and nobody turned up so where is my compensation

Helpful, patient and knowledgeable staff.

I have tried numerous occasions asking to cancel my broadband with virgin media and they said I haven't got account with them so please tell me why they sent me an email confirmation of broadband Setup. I am in my rights to cancel.
Awful people to deal with and definitely would not recommend virgin media with anyone.

The gentleman who took my call explained everything in normal terms and was extremely helpful.

The staff who dealt with me can't remember his name but he is a Necastle United Fan . Your company should be proud you have him as an employee.

I do not believe salespeople should lie about cancelling a broadband contract on your behalf when they have no intention of doing so.

Enquired what was the best broadband reception in my area.
They checked, and told me that Virgin Media was the best.
So they told me what package and price was, and I said that was fine, and decided to sign up
