It all went very well

After a Brilliant deal arranged by Michael "Virgin" Totally have left me hanging. Something told me something wasn't right after NiL correspondence Only a Contract I've waited how believing my New Broadband/TV was to be fitted Today. Sadly I had to chase this not a word not a thought for me Excited already mentioned much needed Internet so now I've to go threw again looking for Deal's so Left with NOTHING also Credit check not the issue JOKE left with Nothing How Sad NiL email letting me know

Can’t remember what on Earth this was about.

The operator who delt with me was brilliant. Made everything easy to understand and got me the best deal. Very polite and helpful young lady

I didn’t get the plan I wanted and explained some issues with the connection plan .
But that wasn’t taken on board and now I’m trying to sort out myself without much luck .

Staff were pushing me into a service I don't want

Informative and quick also saved me money what more could a girl possibly want 😘

I needed the lowest price broadband deal as I am on benefit and pension and we are all in financial crisis so I did not think the offer I was given was low enough for me to afford thank you

Excellent knowledge of various current offers for broadband etc..helped me with my requirements and did not push any single service provider.

BAD SERVICE NO ENGINEER MENTION.PLUS 2 PROVIDERS. NOT HAPPY

Was told new driveway wouldn’t be dug up to put cable in. Was lucky installer called me otherwise would be suing company. Wrong information just to get a sale. Cancelled install waste of time

Swap my bills found me the best deal in my area.
